Location is superb but we knew that. Room was nice with a great view.
With the breakfast location being updated we had to go to a different building for breakfast one morning but at least it was good. We were not advised of this when booking
The buffet breakfast wasn’t great in the Atlantic.
Have stayed here before like the location and staff are great, pleasant.

Fabulous location in portrush staff friendly
We were not told until we arrived at the hotel that there was no resteraunt or bar facilities open as they were refurbishing. we could of been emailed prior to our visit.

I'm a returning customer, and will return again. Great value for money, great location, clean spacious room and nice friendly staff, breakfast was brilliant.
Received an email before we stayed asking to bid for an upgrade... I have upgraded rooms before in this hotel to sea view but it was a set price, I've never been asked to bid for an upgrade in any hotel. Wouldn't put me off stayin again just thought it strange
