There was no toilet paper or towels in the room. I was sent a text to communicate with staff through and asked for towels and toilet paper but, never received them, or even a response. I asked the next morning and received ONE towel, for three people! There were NO towels, washcloths, or hand towels in the room so, that was disappointing to receive ONE towel.

The breakfast appeared to offer a variety of food but, was not well kept. The food bar was trashed, the waffle batter dispenser was broken, the juice machine only let out water, not juice, they had ONE pitcher of milk out for breakfast all morning and would not refill when asked. We asked about the waffle batter and they refused to either refill or fix it, or offer any other options.

There was not an ice machine on my floor so, I went the first floor to get ice. The drain smelled so rotten/moldy you could smell it from far away.

There were half smoke cigarettes in the CARPETED stairwell and chicken wings littering the hallway the next morning. A gentleman sat in the front lobby having a strongly worded phone conversation, very loudly, and no one asked him to step outside, to his room, or at least lower his voice. There were lots of families around so, I think this would be acceptable to ask him to take that conversation elsewhere.

The “office” computer area, located near the breakfast seating area, had a whole hamper of someone’s dirty laundry sitting there, unaccompanied. Almost as if it were the hotel staff’s and they just had no care to leave it out in the open.

The hotel was in a general state of disrepair itself. There were repairs that definitely needed to be addressed.

In addition, this seemed to a local “party spot.” A place where locals come to party, get away, or go when they don’t have a place to go. There were people who were clearly drinking and doing other things, coming and going all night long. Kids running around unsupervised well into the early hours of the morning.

I got one clean towel in the six days that I was there every day I ask for a towel I was told that they did not have any clean tiles when I moved from one room into another room. There were no towels in that room. I went downstairs to try to use the printer and the computer does not work ,For breakfast is awful. It’s the exact same thing. They just rotate it every other day so they only actually make as far as hot food two things and then they alternate them every other day.

The beds said queen but they feel smaller.

The place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There was no pride in the atmosphere.

Hallways smelled like marijuana and we’re constantly dirty with food and trash, wasn’t able to get fresh towels when needed, a lot of suspicious activity going on outside that made my kids feel unsafe at times

No towels in room upon check in. Beds were dirty and uncomfortable. Breakfast didn’t have much to offer. Empty milk container, nothing hot but waffles. Juice machine was broke.

It wasn’t clean. My first room didn’t have heat. The first desk lady said if it didn’t come on she would change my room the next door. I went to sleep woke up it was colder in the room then outside. I end up getting a different room. I have been sick ever since.

i’ve stayed several times and never had an issue, the last 2 days i stayed it was severely cold in the rooms and both weren’t deep cleaned what’s ever. 2nd night the room i had smelled horrific like fecal matter and the shower wouldn’t drain.. terrible experience, but you get what you pay for i guess
