This hotel is nasty. Looks nice from the outside but total trash inside. Dirty and smelly. Room had mold and dust and coffee maker still had grounds from the last guest to use it. Felt like bugs were crawling on me.

To start, I am going to continue to tell myself that red pasta sauce was stained in the carpet, and that it wasn't blood... but I'm not sure if I am being truthful with myself. Our carpet was wet, dirty, and I regret walking on it without my shoes because my feet were black after walking to the bathroom once. It was a scary hotel. Man at the front desk was nice. Breakfast was okay, like a normal Country Inn. I will be contacting Country Inn and Suites and suggesting them removing their name off this hotel. It was awful.

Not enough towels
Only 1 towel & 1 roll of Toilet Paper for a room reserved for 4 people. No one is usually at the desk. We used the pool, but there weren't any towels, so every one was walking thru the hotel sopping wet. Had to go to the desk at least 12 times because our cards kept not working. The smoke detector was hanging down with exposed wires. Hot breakfast, you are kidding. The eggs and sausage were cold. Only 6 bagels and 2 pieces of toast & 1 waffle maker didn't work. The cereal was stale. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at & we just stayed at 3 other hotels in the last month!! As we were packing to leave and pulled back the top cover only to find out the sheets were dirty. OMG Don't stay here, you will be sorry.

The whole place was just dirty, it had a bad smell, there was heroin addicts sitting in stairway.
It was a place to sleep.
The rooms are disgusting- ceiling mold, stained carpets,ripped curtains, smelt of smoke, hallways grounds dirty, missing light bulbs, and staff unwilling to honor package price.
