Pros:

Fair selection of cold cuts, cheese and juice at breakfast
The wine selection in the bar in really good and the staff is knowledgeable
High cleanliness

Cons:

Beds are of lower quality
Bacon and eggs are sub par and the filter coffee is of lower quality
With the restaurant full (limited seating), the drive to alternatives is 10 min, at least

Pros:

Veldig fint rom. Rent bad og toalett. Hyggelig atmosfære på kvelden. Lyst rom med store glassdører. God plass på rommet med egen lenestol.

Cons:

Eggerøre var smakløs og ikke god. Personalet fylte ikke opp med bestikk når det gikk tomt. Applesinjuice gikk også tom. De tok ikke av bordene og gjorde klar til nye gjester. Måtte be om ny kaffekopp.

Not worth your money.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The bathroom drains were clogged so water ran out of the shower and covered the entire floor. Room was not clean and a general non-hygienic sense of the facility.

Fuld valuta for pengene.
Pros:

Vi spiste ikke morgenmad, da vi havde en brunchaftale kl. 10.00 i Lyngby.

Et skønt 4 stjernet hotel med store værelser, der havde det, vi havde brug for - så det levede flot op til de 4 stjerner.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget at klage på.

Vi vil gerne benytte jer som overnatningssted en anden gang
Pros:

Vi var til konfirmation i området, så beliggenheden passede os godt. Vi indtog ingen måltider hos jer, derfor ingen vurdering af jeres mad.

Cons:

Eftersom det var regnvejr, så kom der vand ind pga utætte vinduer (rammen var rådden)

Rigtig dejligt ophold med virkelig venligt personale
Pros:

Utrolig sød receptionist ved indtjekning.
Natportieren var utrolig servicemindet
Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker.

Cons:

Det var synd for natportieren at han skulle rende frem og tilbage mellem baren og receptionen, da kassen var lukket i baren, men alle fik lov at købe, dét de ønskede fra baren.
Morgenmad: Synd med alt det madspild -Der var beregnet morgenmad til 90 gæster og næsten ingen i restauranten -Måske man kunne bede folk tage stilling til om de ønsker morgenbuffet dagen før, så der ikke kommer så stort madspild? Vi følte os lidt "smidt ud" da klokken blev 10. Vi ved godt at morgenmaden kun varer til kl.10, så det er jo vores egen skyld at vi ikke havde tømt tallerkenerne og vi fik skam også lov til at tage det sidste med ud i foyeren, så det er ingen klage, synes bare det virkede ret afvisende, at vi skulle forlade bordet nærmest på minuttet (vi var kun to).
