Smagfuld og hyggeligt, god beliggenhed, rent og pænt
Pros:

Der var en yderst smagfuld og hyggelig atmosfære, når man kommer ind i receptionen.
Personalet er imødekommende og man føler sig velkommen.
Hotellet er generelt hyggeligt overalt, og man mærker ikke at der kan være mange gæster eller selskaber.
Sengene var af rigtig god kvalitet og selv hovedpuden var perfekt. Det har vi sjældent oplevet på andre hoteller. Fin morgenmad og absolut intet at klage over.
Der er reception 24 timer i døgnet.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides amenities such as soap and body cream from Rituals, which is a nice touch. There is also a supermarket nearby within walking distance, which is convenient.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel at 19:30 on Saturday, March 28th, after a long journey, expecting to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the restaurant area was empty and unattended. After waiting for several minutes, a staff member finally appeared and informed us that the restaurant would close at 20:00 and that we could not order any proper meals—only snacks such as chips and nuts.

To make matters worse, the nearby grocery store also closed at 20:00, leaving us with no food options at all. We were told that all staff were occupied with a wedding event taking place that evening.
This was extremely disappointing. For a 4-star hotel, guests should be able to rely on basic services like dining, regardless of private events. It felt like regular guests were not a priority, which is unacceptable at this level.

The experience at check-out was also frustrating (29th March, 9:20am). The receptionist presented the total amount to be paid without explaining what had been charged. When I asked for details, instead of listing the items, she questioned me about what I had consumed, in a way that felt as though I was being tested or doubted. I had to insist that it is my right to know exactly what I am being charged for. Only after that did she print the invoice.

Overall, the service fell well below expectations and did not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Good location for business travel

Cons:

The rooms that I have stayed in have both times been too warm with no other way to get cool air than opening the window. The bed is not super comfortable, but would be ok if the room would not be so hot. I would probably not be able to stay there during summer.
