Location was very good
Swimming pool was torn out and construction was going on. If I had known there was no pool, I would not have booked with them. They advertise a pool.
Cleanliness and friendliness of staff
N/a
I go from Great things to bad things. First I have to say the staff here at the check in desk were great. The staff at the bar where at supper 2 nights in a row were also great, friendly and made great hamburgers. The building is kind of run down. The had one elevator that did not work undergoing some sort of repairs. The walls were paper thin, hearing the next room over with 4 kids in it and no adult supervision not great either. The beds were the worst, hard to sleep on and low to the floor. There is a pool if you could call it that about the size of a large hot tub it is inside but not heated and way to many people trying to use it at one time just wow. Parking was not fun. There is a parking deck next door you got to cross over a free shuttle area to get to the elevator to go up to where you parked. Parking was 12 bucks a day not bad, just not next door but in a building half a block over. I would give it a 4 but those beds were like bad and my back is like super bad now its going to take a few days. Would I stay again, no. On a positive not its next door to the Tennessee Aquarium just a 5 minute walk. The sidewalks are a mess and when you have mobility issues like I do that was not fun either.
Location!! Breakfast was good as well! Staff was amazing
Working on the elevator the whole time. So a lot of waiting at the one elevator working. Sofa beds were not good.
Na
The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, aside from a few spots on the bathroom floor. Location was great and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and warm.
The bathroom floor had a few spots of mildew stains (not fresh mildew, just stains) in the grout next to the shower. The beds could have been more comfortable. They were a little too firm for my liking.
It was centrally located
They put us in a handy cap room that had shower accommodations that did not meet our needs.
Access to downtown, clean, modern and good looking rooms
Friday night after 10pm..other loud guess in the 2nd floor in the hallway, running, arguing, screaming and slamming doors until 2am. Staff was notified several times,
This definitely affected our sleep and many other guess.
Ice machine on floor 4 did not work.
