Very nice place to stay with kids that is close to attractions
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, aside from a few spots on the bathroom floor. Location was great and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and warm.

Cons:

The bathroom floor had a few spots of mildew stains (not fresh mildew, just stains) in the grout next to the shower. The beds could have been more comfortable. They were a little too firm for my liking.

The room selection was not idea. Everything was centered around individuals with disabilities and we did not need those

Hotel was great, but the management and control of the disturbing people needs to be improve for the

Access to downtown, clean, modern and good looking rooms

Cons:

Friday night after 10pm..other loud guess in the 2nd floor in the hallway, running, arguing, screaming and slamming doors until 2am. Staff was notified several times,
This definitely affected our sleep and many other guess.

We enjoyed our stay and experience! Big fan of Marriott!
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we wanted to see/do. We have stayed at Marriott courtyards before and our accommodations were every bit as we expected!

Cons:

The parking garage was separate so there was no direct access to the hotel from the garage. Not a game changer but one thing we noticed from some other Marriotts we have been to.

Breakfast was good. Location is ok

Cons:

Parking is expensive. I was fined for parking in the wrong section even after I have paid for a spot in the parking deck.
