Pros:

Everyone on staff was amazing. Veronica was so patient and extremely awesome in assisting us with extending our stay. The bar and breakfast experience was also incredible and we will definitely be back. Thank you all for the experience! ❤️

Unsatisfied balcony experience
Pros:

The breakfast package that we paid for was nice. And the location was nice

Cons:

For the value. I expected for there not to be the smell of sewage outside the hallway. Higher water pressure. A better balcony with the view. A room that would actually get cold. In the room was quite small

Pros:

Location is wonderful, near riverwalk, coffee shops, restaurants. The breakfast is great, congenial servers

One washing machine was out of order, the coin receptacle was stuck, had to go up two floors to another guest laundry room

Great location, but unfortunately the overall experience fell well short of what I expected.
Pros:

The location was the main highlight for us. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the aquarium and the ability to walk around downtown Chattanooga, which was very convenient. Our room was also spacious and included a separate living room, which was a nice feature. Parking was free, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed from the moment we checked in. The reception area looked messy and the overall appearance and professionalism were not what I expected from a Marriott. Check-in took a long time because the key machine wasn't working, and we were given a master key with a warning that we could be charged $75 if we didn't return it. We never received regular room keys.

One of the two elevators was also out of service, and on our last morning there was a strong chemical smell outside our room while elevator maintenance was being performed. Although parking was free, having to park in a separate structure was inconvenient. Overall, there were too many issues, and I would not choose to stay here again.

At arrival Chris set tone for positive stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was minimum number of choices served by very accomodating, friendly staff. Parking arrangements are convenient and reasonably priced .

Cons:

Meal menus were very limited. I would stay there again but eat at nearby restaurants.

The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. I can't believe that as clean and comfortable as the rest of the motel was that they had furniture in the rooms that was so uncomfortable that you couldn't hardly even sit on them to watch TV. I requested a room on a high floor, they give me one on the 2nd floor the balcony was right over the top of the awning, where you unload to check-in which restricted to view. The road noise was terrible. That is the reason I wanted a room on one of the upper floors. Due to the fact that there are a lot of homeless people in the area There needs to be a much more secure smoking area for people that do smoke.

WRong location... nice hotel..... wrong location.
Pros:

ONE BIG problem.......this is / was not the expected location. I wanted to be at the Convention center location.......and feel like you guys screwed me and bumped me over to the next closet location.... not sure how you fooled me on that on.
