​"La atención en recepción fue muy deficiente y el personal nada hospitalario. Nunca nos informaron que contaban con servicio de lavado, ni hubo el más mínimo acercamiento para saber si todo estaba bien. Además, nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación durante la estancia y el desayuno fue pésimo."

Funcionários gentis e prestativos. Acomodação funcional.
Pros:

Ótima localização, próximo ao transporte público gratuito e ao mercado. O centro comercial é próximo e possível ir andando. Hotel prático com cozinha e itens quando solicitado. Café da manhã simples, porém à vontade.

Poderiam oferecer limpeza com maior frequência.

Une nuit très confortable et agréable
Pros:

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit à l'hôtel. Il a été bien, le personnel de la réception très gentille et un très bon service à la clientèle. La chambre confortable, spacieuse, propre, les lits et oreilles confortables. Le frigo propre. Le tout très bien.

Cons:

Les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient très petites et il y avait juste 1 shampooing et 1 conditionner pour 3 personnes. Le déjeuner très basique à cause de travaux aux 1er étage.

Alojamiento de precio razonable en una de las zonas mas exclusivas de Miami, era un apartamento con las comodidades para estar relativamente cómodo por la noche, por ejemplo hacerte la cena en la habitacion, después de haber explorarado la ciudad por el día.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado estaba muy cerca de una de las camas lo que hacia incomodo dormir, teniendo que poner una barrera de sillas y toallas, los utensilios para cocinar y poder comer en la habitación eran escasos, siendo 3 personas solo nos dieron 2 platos de cada y dos tazas, aunque si 3 vasos y 3 de cada cubierto.

O alarme de incêndio tocou e foram super rápidos para resolver.

Café da manhã gostoso apesar de não variar.

Cons:

Barulho do quarto 501. Geradores no corredor, ar condicionado barulhento. No Banheiro sai água para fora banheira e melhorar o chuveiro 🚿
