Lokalizacja, około 30 minut piechotą do Downtown. Blisko market Publix, poranna kawka i batoniki w cenie. Naprawdę bardzo czysto

Cons:

Troszkę surowe wyposażenie i łazienka z wanną w starym stylu ale za tą cenę jest ok.

Práctico lugar para mantener actividad laboral y reuniones de trabajo.
Pros:

La ubicación para mantener reuniones en Brickell es excelente, así cómo tener parking propio, esas dos ventajas son excelentes. Además se podía descansar bien ya que no se sentía ruido a pesar de estar en downtown.

Cons:

Desde que ingrese a la habitación había olor permanente a humo de cigarrillo. Uno de los días parecía que alguien estaba fumando en el baño. Por lo cual tenía que dejar prendida la luz para que también el extractor de aire sacara el humo o mantuviera lejos. Me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación porque me quejé.

Queda en el Downtown de Brickell lo Mejor

Cons:

A pesar de que pagamos mucho duramos 7 días y no entraron a limpiar el cuarto y les pedí el favor aque entraran y me dijeron que tenía que pagar 50 por cada limpieza lo cual lo vi injusto ya que yo estaba pagando la habitación y ellos se tienen que encargar de la limpieza camas y cambiar las tuayas
