Very comfortable six night stay

Everything you need if staying a couple of days - kitchenette with coffee and everything to cook with - water pressure in the shower was awesome all around good place to stay.

Location is great along with the actual rooms. The main issue is to find availability.

Located at the north end of town on a busy street this hotel serves its purpose. With our titanium membership, we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was nice for our one week. Stay. Gave us extra room to spread out. The kitchen is adequate with a nice Full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. The pool is heated and they have an outdoor barbecue, which seems to get lots of use

Easy check in. Quiet, clean room.
Love having full kitchen.
Bonus:
Giuseppe's north oracle road was delicious... drink, meal and dessert.
Starbucks also across the street.

We have stayed here before. We are more satisfied and impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Always parking spots available. You have to scan your room key to get into the hotel. Very good! Every person who worked at the front desk was super polite and super helpful. Their staff is awesome!!! Laundry facility on site and its only $2 to do a wash and $2 for a dryer cycle. Breakfast is really good seeing that it is included. The room has a full kitchen including stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave and the sink even has a garburator. There is a nice BBQ facility attached to the parking lot and they have a list of other appliances (rice cooker, etc) that if you need they can supply at the front desk. The second night there were some loud banging noises three times and all bout an hour or so apart. At first I was thinking gun shots, but being just before Fourth of July and not hearing any police cars, etc....it must have been somebody setting off fireworks from close proximity to the hotel. Nonetheless, I give this property a huge two thumbs up. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Long story short, we never got our room but were charged for it. Lucky for me I put a hold on my CC. At 3pm, my check in time, I called to make sure the room was ready and was told it was not and there was no ETA for when it would be though I was told they would call me back. Th woman on the phone was very unapologetic and indifferent. She mentioned something about the maids having trouble turning the rooms. I let an hour and a half pass and called 5x with no answer. I left a message explaining that this was unacceptable and I would be putting a hold on my CC in case they tried to charge me and I would no longer be needing the room. At 9:30 PM a different person called asking if I was coming and told me they tried to charge my card but it was declined. I explained the situation to her and she was apologetic. The next day I called to make sure it was ok for me to take the lock off my CC and got someone else who was unaware of the situation, didn't offer me anything for my time but assured me they were sorry and the reservation had been canceled. I have two small children and was in town for an event. This whole situation was so chaotic and the lack of customer service I received was pretty appalling. The room was supposed to be $260 for an evening but they were trying to charge me $320. I also had to get a new card as the CC company was having issues getting the lock off which isn't the hotels fault but more bs I had to deal with because someone majorly dropped the ball.

I was very disapointed in the fact I could not collect my Marriot award points as I booked via Hotels.Com. Knowing this I Will never book via Hotels.com again.

Liked that i could work from the couch with little table or from full desk. Room was very quiet! Unfortunately I got in late and left early so i can't speak to the other amenities. I'd stay here again
