Super!
Pros:

My first visit to Chattanooga and Peyton was first contact at hotel. He was engaging, professional, considerate and overall so very pleasant. I learned later this was his second day at the hotel... certainly not his first time in customer service and hospitality. He's a keeper!

Pros:

Enjoyed the staff at the Spa. The spa director was fantastic.

Cons:

I didn't much care for the ladies at checkin counter - no very friendly. But the ladies working the counter at checkout. were super. friendly and nice.

Poor customer experience
Pros:

Terrible experience, traveling with a small child and my wife and I were very excited to stay at this hotel. We unpacked in the room went to the forge to have dinner. No waitress for 10 minutes, no water not even a glance, completely ignored. When one finally walked by and she was waved down to get her attention her response was "you'll just have to wait". At this point we left to go back to the room as our 14 month old was very hungry and starting to get fussy. When we got up to the room the door was broken and we had to wait 25 minutes to be let in and then another 10 to actually repair the door, at this point it is 930 at night. All the time my hungry wife and daughter are stuck sitting in the hallway without diapers water or food. Unable to even leave to go try to eat because our keys were in the room. When I expressed frustrations to the front desk I was met with as shrug and a "O that's not good". When the door was finally fixed I was given a card for a free drink or snack and "sorry for the inconvenience." To make everything right. As if a couple candy bars are going to make up for my wife and I are going to bed hungry. At least we packed a couple of jars of food for our baby. I would avoid this place at all costs

Be careful what you book! This was NOT shown as SPA closed on Mondays!

Good location, nice rooms

Cons:

Booked specifically as a spa hotel for a break on our road trip. Only to be told the spa is closed and yes you can move to a different hotel but NO REFUND will be issued.

Pleasant stay in Chattanooga at The Chattanooga’s. So close to everything.
Pros:

Hotel common areas clean and tidy. Hotel staff was friendly and informative. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was so convenient.

Cons:

King size bed was a bit soft. Otherwise, room was spacious and had a great coffee bar.

Our stay was unforgettable, with exceptional service, amazing food, and thoughtful touches
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, especially for my daughter who was celebrating her 16th birthday. They made her feel recognized, welcomed, and celebrated in such a thoughtful and genuine way that meant so much to our family. It is rare to find a place that pays attention to those little details, and they absolutely nailed it.
