Great staff, breakfast and location
Standard twin room was quite small
Wonderfully located near the highlights of Copenhagen. Everything was within a pleasant walk. The property has a cozy lounge as well as a lovely courtyard for breakfast and meals.
The hotel room was a bit warm and stuffy.
The location was great - near attractions and dining. The bar in the lobby was nice, as were the tables outside. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented with plenty of room for dining. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The property appears old and worn around the edges with paint needed from hallways and other areas. The rooms are similar to large walk in closets in size. The TV was at the foot of the bed and there was very little room to walk to the bathroom without running into the TV and only one person could be moving around in the room at a time. They’ve tried to make them comfortable but it was challenging - especially for the price we paid. Once we changed our mindset that this was like luxury camping, we adjusted. We started off poorly because we arrived while the Royal Run was held and our taxi couldn’t drop us at the hotel, so we had to drag 23 kg suitcases on cobblestone for more than 1 km - and we are seniors! The property could have notified us ahead of time so we considered timing and suggested route options.
The breakfast was exceptional! The staff was so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the evening wine hour and the nightcap time. The location for the hotel was excellent - it was close to everything.
We knew there wasn't a/c - having windows open gave us great temperatures. We did not think about the church bells ringing! It was a charming way to wake up, but was unexpected.

Incredibly small room and poor layout and no air conditioning. They warned us that the room was small but the bed was against the window and filled the end of the room. The sink was in the room and all the furnishings were old. They should try cruise ship layouts, it was really inefficient.
La atención es correcta
La habitación, muy pequeña y con varios tramos de escalera de subida y bajada hasta acceder a ella desde el ascensor.
El inidoro con suciedad acumulada de años y cada ducha ( con cortinilla de plástico añeja), generaba una inundación de todo el baño.
Pésima relación calidad precio. Esperábamos algo digno por 400 euros la noche, y no lo fue.
