Pros:

The lady at the front desk was nice.
The location was good.

Cons:

No towels in room, and no toilet paper, asked for towels from the house keeper she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, I asked for a roll of toilet paper I did get a roll of toilet paper.
The room was not cleaned as it should have been done. My grandson was so looking forward to swimming in the pool and guess what the pool was not even opened. I will never stay there again.

Pros:

First of all I needed a ground floor room that wasn't given. Secondly, there was a young man soliciting sex in the walk way. Finally, the water wouldn't get any warmer than room temperature. I wanted a refund for my trouble. Then the $50 fee which wasn't mentioned until arrival

a non smoking room smelled of smoke. we had to change rooms because our booked room still had garbage in it. There are also full time people living there.

Cons:

When we got there the room wasn’t ready garbage was everywhere and dog food was left in the bathroom. We had to wait while outside for it to get cleaned. They couldn’t communicate because they didn’t know English I asked where the ice machine was and she just looked at me strange and never tried to answer me. The beds were hard and the one pillow was flat. But we made the best of the situation and had a blast.

Pros:

Location was close to Columbus Ohio Stadium

Cons:

Had to wait till 5 pm to check in, paid $212 for this place to stay then they turned around charged me another $50 once I got there. Place had punch holes in the bathroom door. Bed was most uncomfortable bed. Could hear right through the walls.

I would not recommend.
Pros:

Location was it.

Cons:

The AC did not work. I spoke to the managers 2x as we headed to our concert. They assured me it would be taken care of, returned to NO AC still. Asked for towels since we only had ONE for 3 people. They said they would put those in our rooms NOTHING. I had to beg for a fan. I have asked to be compensated and refunded. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinges. Only 3 pillows and the floor was gross.

Would not stay there again unless it was a dire emergency.

We had a place to stay

Cons:

The other people that stayed there were questionable. Not a great shower. It was either scolding hot or freezing cold water in the shower and the pressure of the shower was not very good. The bathroom door was stuck also. Talked to two different people at the front desk and no one addressed the issues that we had.

No blanket on bed just bedspread and sheet Floor dirty , no shower curtain ,no toilet paper holder. Tv small and previous tenant wrote with permanent marker on TV
