Das Hotel an sich ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr schöne Bars, sehr schöne Restaurants, sehr schönes Fitnessstudios, Spa-/Poolbereich, alles top, sehr gute Lage.

„Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön – tolle Lage, schöne Bars und Restaurants sowie ein gutes Fitnessstudio. Leider passen die Zimmer überhaupt nicht zum restlichen Niveau des Hotels: sehr veraltet, alte Möbel und ein unangenehmer Geruch, zudem lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es scheint renovierte Zimmer zu geben, wir hatten diese jedoch leider nicht.

Auch die Englischkenntnisse des Personals waren für ein internationales Fünf-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend. An der Rezeption haben wir trotz aufgeschriebener Adresse und mehrerer Erklärungen über 15 Minuten gebraucht, bis die Daten aufgenommen wurden – selbst nach mehreren Versuchen war die Adresse noch falsch. Am Ende war die Situation einfach nur frustrierend. Ähnliche Kommunikationsprobleme gab es auch im Restaurant bei einfachen Bestellungen. Schade, denn mit renovierten Zimmern und besserer Kommunikation wäre das Hotel wirklich hervorragend.“

Cons:

However, unfortunately, this positive experience was overshadowed by the behavior of some breakfast staff, which felt inappropriate for a hotel of such high standards. Although breakfast officially ends at 10:00 AM, one staff member repeatedly went from table to table around 9:45 AM reminding guests that breakfast would finish at 10:00. Being interrupted while enjoying a coffee or meal to be indirectly rushed is quite unpleasant and, in our view, unacceptable in a hotel aiming to provide a premium guest experience. We fully understand schedules need to be respected, but this approach negatively impacts the overall guest experience and could be handled in a much more discreet and professional manner.
