Excellent hotel, I hope to return.
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt is excellent, a modern and charming hotel. The room is a good size, and the breakfast is something else entirely, catering to all tastes with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The only thing is that they could have more fruit options, but that's easy to say for someone who lives in a tropical country. They received my order even before I checked in; they are fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros:

The view from the room, the bed, the bathroom, the fantastic breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpfull. The swimming pool is incredible. The roasted duck and the lounge bar.

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes issued from air exauster in the bathroom. Missing some closets to manage the luggages. The noise of the air conditioner.

Все в этом отеле на 5 с плюсом, от персонала до банных принадлежностей. Есть русскоговорящий персонал, что очень сильно облегчает общение. Юля подробно показала и рассказала про отель. Так же её помощник помог забронировать ресторан при отеле и заказать пекинскую утку. В следующий раз когда буду снова в Пекине непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

The hotel is centrally located in Beijing’s vibrant downtown at 1 East Chang’an Avenue, Dongcheng District, in the Wangfujing / Oriental Plaza area. It’s within walking distance of famed attractions like The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and has direct access to the adjacent shopping mall. Hotel rooms very comfortable, well maintain and spacious. Hotel staffs are friendly, helpful, and professional.
