Pros:

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing was exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious suite on the 17th floor with a separate bedroom and living room, which made the stay especially comfortable and relaxing. The food and breakfast were excellent, with a very good selection and high-quality service throughout.

The staff were consistently professional, attentive and welcoming, and the hotel’s location is perfect for discovering Beijing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose Grand Hyatt Beijing again on our next visit.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, um quarteirão da principal rua fechada de comercio de pequim (wangfujing street). É possivel ir a pé até a cidade proibida e praça da paz celestial, tem vários shoppings e restaurantes ao redor. O café da manhã é espetacular, realmente uma mistura de ocidental e oriental e tudo muito saboroso e com diversas opções para todos os paladares. a parte de piscina também é muito boa, tanto para adultos quanto para as crianças. praticamente todos os dias tinha alguma apresentação musical no lobby. por fim, o nosso quarto era muito amplo e com uma vista muito bonita da cidade

Pros:

Great location-walks out directly to Wang Fujing pedestrian street . Value for its price . Good hotel restaurants . Many Hotel staffs speaks relatively good
English .

Cons:

Our Apartment wing - king bed was hard whereas
in the other wing - my son’s bed was good .

Opulentes 5* Hotel was keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Front-Desk, Frühstück, Größe der Suite, Bankomat auch für Währungstausch im Hotel, schon erstaunlich wie schön man einen Hotel-Pool im Keller gestalten kann!

Cons:

Suite hatte einen undefinierbaren Geruch.
Badekappen-Preis der viel zu hoch ist.
In China kosten Badekappen mit Hotel-Aufdruck! weit unter € 1,00/Stück.
Bei dem Zimmerpreis pro Person sollte das mit inklusive sein, so wie die Badeschuhe.

Great location and facilities but could have better staff.

Staff were not particularly friendly. Specially, Luna from breakfast.
I do after to say Aidan, trainee, at the concierge on arrival was brilliant, despite arriving around 5pm our room wasn’t ready - he managed to recommend somewhere we can eat whilst they prepared our suite. Not great start to what’s supposed to a GREAT experience.
