Disappointed.. checked out..

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately we checked out after the first night as our room was not acceptable. A depressing room, dirty carpets etc..possibly had been converted from a meeting room in the past. Have stayed at Hyatts a number of times, including couple of weeks before in Shanghai but this (room) one fell way short. The staff were very nice however and tried to sort us another room but they were fully booked and could only really offer one of their top rooms at a very extra cost!

Отличный отель! Свежий, чистый, просторный номер! Для пребывания в целом все предусмотрено! Очень понравилось, что в номере есть пиалы и чайник, в котором можно сразу же приготовить свежекупленный чай и уютно посидеть вечером, наслаждаясь видом из окна. Здорово, что есть розетки всех стандартов для гостей из разных стран.
Богатый шведский стол на завтрак, даже растерялись при выборе) много фруктов, овощей, мяса, каждый точно найдет себе по вкусу!
Отель расположен рядом с основными достопримечательностями Пекина и вечером можно спокойно погулять в центре, не беспокоясь о возвращении в отель.
Рекомендую от души!

Из пожеланий - добавить тапочки бОльшего размера для мужчин и в завтраки блюда классической китайской кухни.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing was outstanding from start to finish. It is an excellent hotel in an exceptional location in the heart of Beijing - comfortable, elegant, and a wonderful base from which to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the hotel facilities were excellent, and overall it was a genuinely pleasant place to stay.

What stood out most to me, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff - particularly the concierge team.

Before and during our stay, I interacted extensively with the concierge team while arranging tours, transportation, and many other questions related to our visit. I had a lot of questions - often quite detailed - and every time, the team responded promptly, thoroughly, and with genuine professionalism.

I would especially like to thank Cecilia, Scott, and Daniel. They are awesome professionals. It is people like them who transform a hotel stay from simply comfortable into genuinely memorable. Their support made traveling with my mother and sister easier, smoother, and more enjoyable, and for that I am sincerely grateful.

I would also like to mention that the bar at Grand Hyatt Beijing is excellent, serving wonderful cocktails and drinks in a refined and relaxing atmosphere - perfect after a day exploring the city.

Overall, Grand Hyatt Beijing is a hotel I would highly recommend - excellent location, beautiful and comfortable accommodations, great food and drinks, and above all, exceptional people who truly care about their guests.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant one.

Riesige Frühstücksauswahl. Das beste westliche Frühstück, dass ich in Beijing hatte. Die besten Croissants und Pain au Chocolate, die ich außerhalb Frankreich gegessen habe. Afternoon tea war auch lecker. Swimming Pool, Sauna und Gym waren fanatisch und sehr gut ausgestattet.
