Pros:

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The place exceeded our expectations. All the employees were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help us. The facilities were very comfortable, and the spa and gym were amazing. The location is perfect for exploring all Beijing's treasures.
We departed very early, and the lunch box we requested was a perfect final touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to come back someday. It was the perfect first impression of Chinese hospitality

Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The infrastructure of the hotel is amazing — the swimming pool, restaurants, and direct access to the mall made everything very convenient. The location is also fantastic and perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfasts were enormous, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options. There was something for everyone.

The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

The service was also excellent. A special thanks to Hanna, who speaks Russian and was always there to help with our requests, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The delivery robots do not come up to the apartment floors 😭

Великолепные условия проживания в номере. Завтрак с огромным разнообразнием, выше всяких похвал. Гостиница прекрасно расположена - рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы несколько станций метро нескольких веток. В пешей доступности Запретный город, множество других достопримечательностей. Масса услуг в самой гостинице

Предыдущие остановки в Пекине были сильно хуже

Cons:

Не понравился Wi-Fi: отрубался +/- каждые 50-100 Мб трафика, приходилось заново переподключаться. Лучше в аэропорту купить сим-карту, тогда проблем с подключением не будет. Других претензий нет, гостиница очень хорошая. Останавливаться рекомендую
