Find a hotel that isn’t roach infested at that price point elsewhere
Pros:

Good location with easy access to shopping, eating and main sights. Decently renovated hotel even if old substance and low ceilings.

Cons:

Rooms were incredibly dark, bad lighting. Which made the roach we discovered lurking in a corner even more disturbing. Also the lack of care by the hotel staff. Dont expect heated rooms in spring even if outside temperatures drop close to freezing point. Concierge messed up restaurant booking and was just not able to give basic directions in the immediate vicinity, despite my wife speaking Chinese.

Definitely better options out there with the price and service. would avoid
Pros:

Premium room was refurbished, hence was good and clean. Concierges and house keeping were great, attentive and room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The reception was unpleasant, tho polite. Overall, the establishment felt very busy, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, struggling to cope with the demands. They provided only the bare minimum, with little genuine service or hospitality.

Excelente hotel, personal muy atento y complaciente, ubicación inmejorable, nos hicieron un upgrade así que fantástico.
Pros:

Todo, en general las instalaciones estaban impecables, igualmente Hanna (guest relation officer) nos proporcionó una atención personalizada y amable

Cons:

El área del desayuno (aunque muy variado y completo) está separada por varios salones (muy disperso) pero repito, la comida excelente y la atención del personal espectacular

Apart from the breakfast, everything is good and up to the Hyatt brand name

We would like to thank Cecilia personally for paying for my wife delivery first, pending our checkin. The rooms are great and staff are polite and attentive. That set the standard of a 5 star hotel and uphold the brand. Some area of improvement is the ala carte menu of the breakfast which we chose during my stay. Your staff are unfamiliar with the difference of a continental and American breakfast. American breakfast is a continental breakfast plus eggs. In addition, my wife asks for a healthy breakfast, breakfast she chose was multigrain and croissants were served. Besides, normal sweet yogurt was also served. Probably your staff have been serving buffet and unfamiliar with the ala carte breakfast menu
