Disappointed in room for the price i paid

Close to airport with free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes

Too high
no kleenex or hand towels in bathroom
bed had foam pad on top of mattress & fitted sheet was just loose on the bed - so not comfortable

One Night Was More Than Enough
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for just one night and honestly couldn't wait to leave.
First of all, despite the name, the hotel is not actually located at Schiphol Airport, so getting there is less convenient than expected. The airport shuttle service is also poorly organized—you cannot reserve a seat in advance and are simply told to wait in front of the hotel. This leaves guests wondering what happens if the shuttle is already full when you arrive.
The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which did not help improve the overall experience. The room itself was not very clean and felt somewhat neglected.
The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Due to the constant flow of arriving and departing aircraft, getting a good night's sleep was difficult.
For an airport hotel, convenience, cleanliness, and comfort should be priorities. Unfortunately, this property fell short on all three. I would not choose to stay here again.
