Booking.com had always provided a premium level room at other hotels, and could have done better with Best Western.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

The room was generally Ok. It was an older room/hotel with incomplete renovation in the small bathroom (no call around the base of the tub). The shower head was rusty. Provided a small bar of soap to bath. The air conditioner was an older model and rattled throughout the night. A nicer room should have been made available.

Why does it take so long to check in ? You have my CC, …check my ID and give me the room key !
We have to initial 4 places, sign, etc etc

Plus, what can’t the A/C unit be quiet ? Sounds like a helicopter when it goes on. Invest in quieter ones !

Pros:

Checking in was a pleasure. The room was good size.

Cons:

There was black mold spots in our bathtub. It would just take an old toothbrush and a little elbow grease to clean it up.

Would never stay at this hotel, nor any Best Western.

Cons:

The staff was very unwelcoming. When I called the day before to see if my rooms were together and request a joining. I was scolded that I booked through booking.com. That their hotel doesn't get good reimbursement. Did not let me finish asking my question and hung up. On check in, everyone in my party had to show their ID, not just me checking in. Everyone was made to read the rules of the hotel. I felt discrimination based on age; that because the guests were young that they were labeled as being a disruptive group.
