Check out time was late I liked that

Cons:

The check-in time was really long , the room wasn’t clean and when I advised staff yes they sent house cleaning to clean the room again yet it was still dirty and they advised me I couldn’t get another room because they were fully booked. Even after hearing someone ended up cancelling their whole trip. , the bar tender at the bar could not mix drinks at all!!! So I paid a lot of money for trash drinks I also asked for a pool view first of all the pool was blocked I couldn’t see off the balcony and all of your balcony windows are extremely dirty it just wasn’t worth it this hotel really needs some serious renovations.

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Había un pedido que envié al hotel de un valor económico importante, el hotel perdió mi pedido y nos tuvieron casi un día esperando para al final no darnos solución alguna. Tampoco limpiaron nuestra habitación. De otra parte el personal del Lobby es muy limitado para la cantidad de personas que requieren atención.

Room was clean, nothing special. No free breakfast, had to pay 17.99 (which should have been included in the room price). Shuttle had limited runs which was very inconvenient. Concierge was very inconvenient, it was in a nearby hotel,, and had limited hours. No room service. Food Hall was very limited menu and food was not good.

When I first checked them there was mold in the picture frames and on the bed covers. I asked for a balcony when I made the reservation when I checked in they informed me that all balconies were sold out but I still have to pay the price for a balcony room

We really enjoyed the grounds and the room.
Pros:

Kitchenette, enclosed patio and multiple pools for kids to play in.

Cons:

Distance from the room to the main pool at the hotel was about a quarter mile. Sales pitch was fine, but at the end when we were alone with our sales person, he asked for our total honesty. We were totally honest. We told him he timing wasn't right and we wouldn't be joining, he said "We were career presentation attendees". This is the second one we have attended, the first was 15 years ago. He was curt and asked us to never attend another sales pitch in the future. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Made us feel like we were committing some sort of fraud. He doesn't know us or our intentions. It was possible we would get on board in the future, just wasn't the right time, yet. We were so disgusted, we left without even hearing out the temporary "taste" of the time share.
