Hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants around but best of all is that it’s close to the Disney Parks.

We just spent a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Courtyard by Marriott on Vineland Ave. We were down from Pensacola for 2 1/2 days, and being a Marriott Bonvoy member I had earned a free night redemption stay. We booked at this location and enjoyed our stay. The young man who checked us in on Friday morning was great, as was the young lady Sunday morning upon checkout. Our granddaughter loved the pool, parking was good (we expected the parking charge, as most hotels in the area charge one) . Room was good, we did not partake in any of the food services due to other reservations we had. All in all time and money well spent.

This hotel has gone down! They trick you when you first walk-in thinking that it’s upscale and it’s far from it. They mask the mold smell with air fresheners. Dirty bed skirts, small showers, plugs didn’t work and non working refrigerators! They tell you that they need a card to put on file for incidentals and they charge you $26 dollars a night per car! Horrible customer service and unresponsive front desk. Don’t bother using your room phone to try to call down stairs because they won’t answer. Don’t waste your time or money at this hotel. You have been warned…Watch your account after check-in.. Never use a debit card at check-in use a credit card so you can dispute their made up charges!
There were so many things that went wrong during our stay that it’s difficult to put everything into words.
The hotel is showing its age and is in need of renovation. If you’re looking for a newer, fresher hotel, I would recommend choosing somewhere else.
One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of access to management. The front desk staff seemed to shield the managers from speaking directly with guests. During our stay, it was extremely difficult to get a manager, and after checkout it became nearly impossible to reach anyone to address concerns.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. The staff themselves were friendly and kind, but the service varied from day to day. Some days our room was cleaned properly, while other days the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the beds weren’t made, or housekeeping didn’t show up at all. Eventually they did clean the room, but the service was not consistent throughout our stay. When concerns were raised, the housekeeping manager seemed more interested in placing blame than acknowledging the shortcomings.
Another issue was that the air conditioning in the hallways did not work for most of our stay, making the common areas uncomfortable.
I also recommend carefully reviewing your final bill before checking out. I noticed reviews from other guests who reported being charged for parking when they should not have been. There were many airline crew members staying at the hotel during our visit, and it made me wonder whether anyone else may have been incorrectly charged for parking or other fees.
Overall, while the housekeeping staff were pleasant and did eventually clean the rooms, the inconsistent service, lack of management accessibility, aging property, and billing concerns made this a disappointing experience.
Buena ubicacion, camas comodas la habitación se ve un poco anticuadp eñ baño en relación a otros hoteles en los que me quede pero esta bien.
Que no hubiera cafe en el lobby pues estaba pensando en una taza de café desde el inicio del día pero estuve corriendo por un funeral en la familia. estaba cansada y hubiera sido agradable solo llegar y servir una taza de cafe recien hecho con cremora y sentarme un momento en el lobby a descansar antes de subir a la habitación. En todos los otros hoteles había cafe de varias clases asi como agua con limon agua minereal y hielo. Desayuno gratis en la mañana hace la estadia mas relajada y agradable. Mi recomendación tomen en cuenta esto porque muchos de nosotros viajando por turismo o familia como en mi caso aprecian mucho esos detalles, un desayuno que no tiene que ser lujoso algo sencillo para no tener que correr a desayunar a otro lado. Asi puede uno relajarse un poco antes de salir del hotel y disfrutar de una taza de cafe sin tener que hacerla.

Gostei do conforto e da segurança.
Da entrada no breackfast , toda de além de mostrar o cartão, tinha que provar que era hóspede, a atendente fazia perguntas chatas que eu respondia sem saber o que estava respondendo e depois entregava de cara fechada os talheres enrolados num guardanapo. Deveria ter a relação de quem está incluso o café da manhã.
