Good location - update and refresh badly needed!
Pros:

Lifetime Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. Several stays at this property over the past 25+ years. Big decline since my last stay two years ago. Needs a major update. My suite windows were stained and dirty, bathroom subpar, water pressure low and no one ever answers the phone at this property. Complex General Manager does not respond to email. Many other lodging facilities nearby to choose from. Kudos to Melissa at Front Desk - only courteous employee I encountered.

It could have been a perfect stay
Pros:

The cleanliness, the ambiance and the facilities.

Cons:

The employees need to smile and work on the way they talk to the customers especially the ones in the front desk and employees working at the breakfast buffet. There were no toiletries like toothbrush in the room. The parking fee needs to be advertised. We originally booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived in the room it did not have a balcony, very disappointing.

It was nice but not as well as it has been in the past.
Pros:

I’ve stayed there many times . I enjoy the location and the hotel bar and food court are nice.

Cons:

I booked on line and got a lower end room that smelled musty and was very small and not as well maintained as when I booked through Marriott.
