Kitchenette, enclosed patio and multiple pools for kids to play in.
Distance from the room to the main pool at the hotel was about a quarter mile. Sales pitch was fine, but at the end when we were alone with our sales person, he asked for our total honesty. We were totally honest. We told him he timing wasn't right and we wouldn't be joining, he said "We were career presentation attendees". This is the second one we have attended, the first was 15 years ago. He was curt and asked us to never attend another sales pitch in the future. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Made us feel like we were committing some sort of fraud. He doesn't know us or our intentions. It was possible we would get on board in the future, just wasn't the right time, yet. We were so disgusted, we left without even hearing out the temporary "taste" of the time share.
The restaurant
When I first checked them there was mold in the picture frames and on the bed covers. I asked for a balcony when I made the reservation when I checked in they informed me that all balconies were sold out but I still have to pay the price for a balcony room
Hotel was clean and staff were nice.
I paid and rented a room that was king pool side with a balcony. When I arrived I was told this was unavailable and was given a room that had 2 queen beds and parking lot view yet paid the same rate. Unacceptable
Love the location. Balcony was great overlooking pool. Very very clean.
No complaints at all
We were delayed at Orlando Airport at 11:00pm due to lost luggage. We called the hotel repeatedly for assistance concerning transfers. The hotel never answered. When we finally arrived, by taxi, and asked the reception why no one was answering the phone. The response was that a staff member was not answering the calls. Where was that staff person?? Also, our room was given to someone else so we ended up at Fairfield. Our cruise line and us had to repeatedly call during the week to discuss lost luggage. It was very difficult to connect to a person at the hotel. Never again, will we do business with Marriot Courtyard at Orlando. You were unprofessional and show poor stewardship to your guests.
I recently stayed at the Courtyard for work. The location is convenient and offers good value. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast buffet was great, and I enjoyed the Mickey Mouse waffle. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would consider returning on my next trip.
