The pool is used for toddler swim lessons
Pros:

Do not come with kids who want to use the pool. Apparently the hotel has agreed to allow the YMCA to host toddler swim class for hours on end. My 8 year old was told she couldn’t use the shallow end and then when she used the deep end she was talked to about moving one of their cones accidentally. The whole pool is monopolized. The hotel should disclose this information to guests, I would have gladly chosen a different hotel for our stay.

I’ve requested an invoice 3 times and have not received one yet. I requested through booking.com. No one responded yet and I no contact info for Booking dot com. I usually use rxpedia, their website more efficient I only have to click and print

Amazing
Pros:

Kimi the front desk clerk was amazing she helped me with checking in, not only that she was very sincere and caring for why I was staying there. Best service I’ve had in a very long time she was also very attentive and wonderful. She went above and beyond and she doesn’t even know me to be that amazing.

Pros:

There's no microwave in the room; if someone needs to heat up food, you have to go to the lobby to find a small microwave. The microwave in the lobby isn't clean and is really small. At night, it's very difficult to find parking despite having paid for it.

Well-kept; quiet; close to Boston

Cons:

They removed the jacuzzi that they used to have. That was a real disappointment. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons I have stayed there over the years. I will probably not stay there again because of that.

I love the hotel and would return because it is quite clean and comfortable.

I like the location. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they could not find my reservation and took about 20 minutes to check
Me in. They then charged my account again without informing me. The amount was higher than I had paid to book online.
