Other than freezing room temperature, the facility was beautiful with an enjoyable view of Boston

Breakfast OK----Excellent location with beautiful views

Cons:

Our room was freezing cold--I adjusted the temp up to 80 degrees and the freezing cold air continued making for a very uncomfortable--at check-out we did receive an apology for the cold air.

pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

Fast elevators and easy to get in and out of the building. Great for someone on the go or a business traveler.

Cons:

Its sort of out on its own, far from everything. If you like to walk this is not the place. Also a couple of the staff members were very rude. But there were also some nice staff members.

My Tv wasn’t working the WiFi was slow I couldn’t watch anything and they charged me for the WiFi at the end and I didn’t have a car they charge me for parking it’s crazy
