The beds were so comfortable. It was quiet. Didnt use any amenities as we were their for a work thing.
I booked the room. They let my husband check us in. Took his credit card, charged him, but then wouldn't give him the room key until I showed my photo ID. That was frustrating. Especially since it was a very busy check in time. Weve never had a problem with him checking us in for rooms that I have booked us before.

Being charged parking after an expensive 1 night stay already and resort fees. Was nickled and dimed. I am a bonvoy member and I should not have to pay $20 for an earlier checkin. Ridiculous. I never in my life paid for that. We had a family wedding so we really needed an earlier checkin. It was 2pm not like 12 pm. Breakfast should have been included for the price. The bathroom did not have a fan and we were not given too many towels. The bathrooms definitely beed fans.

Uhm let’s see few things
1. Dirty
2. Floor/ Bed had hair left over everywhere even bathroom not extensive but I’m guessing from previous guest I’m assuming in the room?
3. Shower head did not work the extended one and water was blazing hot barely worked.
4. Netflix was suppose to work they came in to fix it but it did not. Put YouTube one that was lagging so much!
I already set up the room for my daughter birthday celebration I was not going to another to re do that I was exhausted like this is the first I seen this with Marriott in Quincy! I didn’t take much pictures due to me trying to set up the room to make it nice for my child birthday celebration.
Lovely staff , food was lovely, and beds amazing so comfy.
Location was just out a little from the city
The wifi was difficult to access as a Member. I was charged twice for dinner.

Paying for parking and the room was not refreshed to my liking. I would have preferred clean towels for my second morning.
Great
The room was great! The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean! There is a Starbucks on site and a restaurant.
