Pros:

Tesis tam tramvay durağının önünde ana metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular . Tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

- Gläser wurden nicht ausgetauscht
- kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw auf dem Zimmer
- Duschbrause (Hotelkrankheit.. selten dass die perfekt funktioniert)
- TV: warum Hotel-lock? Heutzutage Netflix und Co macht Spaß...

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Struttura meravigliosa , stanza grande e personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Se posso aggiungere piccoli consigli : ho trovato un po’ di polvere sotto il letto per 2 volte .

Kleines, angenehmes Bett in kleinem, hellhörigigen ZI das auch am Tag (notgedrungen) dunkel war
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut, die Öffis waren nicht weit weg und alles gut erreichbar.
Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt.
Check In/Out waren schnell und ordentlich.

Cons:

Lage des Zimmers: mein Zimmer war direkt neben einer Treppe im ersten Stock... man hörte die Leute & Schritte durch die Wand. Auch das Bett war an eben dieser Wand.
Zimmer generell recht hellhörig... man hörte die Bewohner im Zimmer darüber relativ laut.
Es gab nur Verdunklungsvorhänge... es fehlte eine zweite Reihe mit hellen bzw. lichtdurchlässigen Vorhängen = da es ein Innenhofzimmer war und wenn man nicht von gegenüber beobachtet werden möchte, hat man tagsüber auch die Vorhänge zu und es relativ dunkel.
Der Ventilator im Bad war laut (& verstaubt).

Pros:

Lage ist top.

Cons:

wie hatten die Familien Suite gebucht.
Einrichtung war wirklich hübsch, nett gerichtet und auch moderner Stil.
beim Ersten Blick also alles gut. Auf dem Zweiten Blick allerdings wenig erfreulich.
- Schimmel in der Dusche
- verdreckte Flecken im WC beim Heizkörper
- defekte Spülung beim WC
- Staubklumpen am Boden in den Schlafzimmern ( Hier wurde sicher länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt)

Bei Bemängelung an der Rezeption wurde uns weder etwas erstattet noch eine Lösung geboten. Je nach Mitarbeiter war die Laune vom Personal wirklich sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht bemüht.
Es wurde uns gesagt dass sich die Hoteldirektion bei uns meldet. Keiner hat sich gemeldet… auf den Anruf und eine Entschuldigung warten wir heute noch.
Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, alles was man braucht. Klein aber feines Zimmer, alles sauber und super Lage.
Restaurant Brauhof super freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen und schöne Atmosphäre. Große vegetarische Auswahl.

Cons:

Steckdose beim Nachtkastl funktioniert nicht. Abflussdeckel im Waschbecken kann nicht angehoben werden, Wasser kann daher nicht abfließen. Info bei der Rezeption an Personal weitergegeben.

Patogi lokacija, netoli traukinių stoties ir metro. Daug kavinių ir restoranų aplinkui. Puikus viešbutyje esantis restoranas.
