I can not be more happy with my stay. The room was beautiful , and Denzel was such a great help. From check in to check out he made our stay mazing. Thank you so much .

I would like to take a moment to recognize two exceptional members of your team, Denzel and Enzo, whose outstanding service made my stay at the Savoy truly memorable.

Denzel went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He actually came in on his day off to ensure that everything was in order and that my concerns were addressed properly. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction were remarkable. He carefully confirmed important details and helped me resolve an issue involving my pool pass and a guest, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free.

What impressed me most was that Denzel genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. Employees like him are rare, and they are a tremendous asset to your organization. Because of Denzel's exceptional service, I will absolutely return to the Savoy and confidently recommend it to others.

I would also like to recognize Enzo, who works at the pool area. Enzo is incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. His kindness feels genuine and sincere—not simply customer service because it is part of his job, but a natural reflection of who he is. He has an excellent rapport with guests and creates an atmosphere that is friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable. Every interaction with him made me feel valued and appreciated.

Both Denzel and Enzo exemplify the highest standards of hospitality. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for guests significantly enhanced my experience at the Savoy. Please extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to both of them for a job exceptionally well done.

Well, let me tell that Anita and Lucia are amazing attendees. They always greet you with a smile and keep your drink full. In spite of how busy their bar is, they always make you feel welcome at home and deliver great service.Ben isn’t so bad himself. Thank you all.

The smell in reception on arrival was beautiful as was the decor. Reception and poolside staff were amazing. The room was just beautiful. I could live there.

I was invited by a friend to the pool area and had a great experience. Milena and Philip were super nice and welcoming. They were easy to talk to and made me and my friend feel comfortable. Really enjoyed my time there.

Location and service was outstanding.

Felipe and lauto were amazing. I highly recommend coming here . Pool service and drinks were great but customer service takes it over the top . Thank you so much.

I had a really good experience here. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and has a very nice atmosphere. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they really helped me whenever I needed something. I felt very welcome and enjoyed my time a lot. I would definitely recommend this place to other people because I had such a great time there.

Spent the day at this beautiful hotel, atmosphere is very peaceful with very friendly staff. Felipe made this experience awesome and explained everything to us which helped a lot and even accompanied us to our chairs.

I want to especially thank Milena and Felipe for their amazing service. They were both very kind, attentive, and always willing to help with everything. They made the whole experience much more pleasant and comfortable. I truly appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend them and would love to be assisted by them again. Ty

I went there a couple of days ago, and it was the best afternoon i ever had. The place was nice and fancy, i was served by Milena, she was super welcoming and amazing. Im going back for sure!

Very nice experience an Julio was amazing as our beach attendant.

We had an early checkout combined with a late flight from our Holiday hotel, so we decided to go to a beach club for the afternoon.

Everything was very clean and the staff were attentive, easy access to the beach. Short walk up to Muscle beach and Lummus Park.

Only negatives, the toilets became a little waterlogged as the afternoon went on, and the shower gel/shampoo in the showers had run out. but generally good.
