Excellent value for money.
Pros:

I was in a great location to the parks and restaurants. Very comfortable beds with plenty of room in our 4 people room. Would definitely stay here again.

Really convenient
Pros:

I love that it’s walking distance to everything and Uber is only $10 to go to Universal CityWalk. Also, the breakfast was really really good.

Staff was rude, rooms were not ready when we wanted to check in at 3:00. Very dirty! Took out extra blankets for the pull out bed and had black hair all over it. Very gross.

despues tienen un traaslado a Universal que sale a las 8:30 y vuelve a las 17hs.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer et profiter d’Orlando. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. Le lit était également confortable, ce qui reste un point positif malgré les nombreux défauts de la chambre.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’état général de l’hôtel était très décevant. La chambre était vieillotte et mériterait une rénovation. La salle de bain était dans un état catastrophique : l’eau n’était jamais vraiment chaude, elle était tout au plus tiède, voire froide. Un bruit de ventilation constant était également très gênant. De plus, il y avait de la moisissure au plafond ainsi que des traces d’infiltrations d’eau, comme le montrent les photos.

Le ménage était effectué très tardivement, généralement pas avant 17 h, ce qui est loin d’être idéal. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était assez limité, avec très peu de choix.

C’est dommage, car l’emplacement est excellent et le personnel agréable, mais le manque d’entretien et l’état de la salle de bain nuisent fortement à la qualité du séjour. Des travaux de rénovation et une amélioration de la propreté seraient vraiment nécessaires.

Good room’s space! Good bed. Liked that the sink was outside the room! Love the sofa and lounge area in the room
