Staff always friendly and helpful, amazing location, exceptionally clean. My go to near the parks.
It was incredible and so close to Disneyland resort
Rude bar staff
The hotel is beautiful and clean, but I was disappointed in the staff.
The fire alarm went off at midnight, we evacuated, but there was no staff anywhere. No one made sure we were ok or was even outside the building. We could see that the alarm was turned off so we went to the lobby, everyone there was going about their business. The staff wasn’t looking for us or even going about any kind of protocols for evacuation. We had to ask the desk clerk if we could return to our rooms and all they said was yes. No explanation, no concern for our safety.
Location and the service
Late check in rooms were not ready until after 6:30 pm
Clean, friendly and walking distance to Disneyland.
The resort fees.
soaking tub was excellent. it was such a delightful surprise to find the robe any other material than bottom shelf terry cloth. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains were very appreciated.
unlabeled k cups made it trying to enjoy the morning. More than one of each option would've been more complimentary. Ice machine was uncomfortably far from our suite.
Great location and beautiful hotel. Walkable to the parks
Room service was not the best
Very nice, but not particularly luxurious or fancy.
“Park view” from lower levels just means a view of the front courtyard. Pool is small and a bit ordinary.
This hotel was the perfect spot for our visit to California. We spent time at Disney, universal studios, and multiple different museums around LA. The room itself was very clean, well equipped with everything needed for our stay, and extremely comfortable with probably one of the best beds I have ever had at a hotel. Throughout our stay we used most of the facilities and dined at both the tangerine room and the lobby bar and both were quite good, both are on the higher end for price but definitely worth the cost. The only issue we had during our stay was the shower drain stopped draining at one point but after a quick visit to the front desk the friendly staff had it rectified within an hour. 100% would stay here again no questions asked
The on site parking is a bit pricey and so are the rooms but with the location being so close to Disney and the quality of hotel you are staying at it is totally worth it!
Absolutely fantastic stay, with great proximity to Disneyland. The team were very helpful when there were night works on the highway with drilling at 10pm outside our window by the city. The team actually moved us to another room and let us keep our items in our original room to save moving them given our check out the next day.
The “resort view” was from Level 2 virtually the ground level and the photos on Booking.com convey a floor much higher up which is why we booked this hotel. See reality of my picture. I would suggest the hotel work with Booking.com to update the description more specifically to semi view of California Adventure Park not Disneyland so guests don’t arrive with a greater expectations.
