Restrooms are small and parking pass is hella expensive other locations charge $5 for gate access parking here I paid $24 for a sign to hang in my car

I liked that it was close to dowtown disney and that their was no charge for pets.

Cons:

1. Lucy the receptionist that was their when i arrived at around 5:45 am on July 2, 2026 was very rude, she didnt even great when we came in, and when we asked her a question she responded very rudely.
2. Your website dosent say that you guys charge for parking other wise i wouldent of booked their in the first place.

It was close to disneyland and adventure is a walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes walk

Cons:

You have to pay for parking when you already pay for the room and is not cheap either and the shower water have a smells to it when 1st turn on no free breakfast everything is Expensive

It was ok. Disappointed in the staff for not handling the noise and the smoking of the guests on property.

Its location was ok.

Cons:

The staff was not helpful. The guests were terrible. The rooms surrounding us had guests that were up at all hours screaming at each other and smoking and the smoke filtered into our room.

Ya no tienen desayunos desde ase muchos años yo me e alojado en ese hotel y antes no cobraban parqueadero ya van 3 veces k pago primero pague 20 y a hoy fueron 48 por 2 días se supone que somos huéspedes por k cobran pero bueno de todos modos me seguiré hospedando me gusta 👍

Está cerca a Disneyland

Cons:

La limpieza no es muy buena. El baño estaba atorado y tuvimos que destaparlo. No había bolsas de basura en los tachos, tuve que pedirlas en el front desk. El piso del elevador es super sucio. Me gustó que había máquinas de hielo en cada piso.
