Pros:

Room was very big and roomy the sink water and shower wasn't strong enough as I would like it to be but it was warm the employees were great and very helpful it was only a ten minute walk to disneyland 😀 👍 one block away from the garden mall and very close to restaurants

The outside was a little out dates could use a paint job

It was quiet & beds were comfy

Cons:

The staff was RUDE to me checking in.. they try to make you pay an early check inn when it was done online and then my handicap assemble room wasn't ready after showing proof AFTER VERIFYING I did an early check in online. THINK HIS NAME WAS JOSE NOT SURE AND THE OTHER GIRL WAS HAD LIGHT BROWN HAIR DIDNT CATCH HER NAME BUT THEY WERE BOTH RUDE NO CANCER TO EVEN LOOK UP MY INFO OR ASK MY CONFIRMATION TO LOOKINTO MY DESTAILS OF THE ROOM I HAD TO DO IT MY SELF... THE MANGER WAS NICE IN THE BACK.

Cons:

The check in attendant was not knowledgeable about anything around the park and we paid to literally park our car. The room floors and toilet were dirty. Dog poop on the grounds. Staff unfriendly and quiet. The GM was the only friendly employee. When I went down for coffee and asked for more cream they said they ran out and had none. They are skimpy on the wash clothes and toilet paper. No dirty clothes bags in the room.

It was okay but will not be returning.
Pros:

I forget the lady's name that worked at night while we stayed, she was great.

Cons:

Dog barking outside my room at 5:45am and digging in the mulch outside the door, first room barely had warm water and terrible pressure and a roach, second room was better but was still not the most comfortable.
