Breakfast was great! Adelina was a wonderful hostess and very attentive.
This place was great!!! Friendly people at the front desk, very clean room and we had the best Continental breakfast we have had in a long time thanks to Adelita!!! Warm scrambled eggs, sausages and toast for me and my Honey was pleased with his choices as well!!! Warm outside and inside pools which were very refreshing after a day spent in the 90° plus heat!
Wanted to share that the hospitality crew was especially kind and helpful. Adelita, specifically was very sweet to my children and took extra good care of them during the complimentary breakfast. What a bright light she is!!
I made a request for a wake up call and for shuttle, I didn’t get, staff asked the guy in front of me if he needed a shuttle, but when I checked in he didn’t ask me and my request wasn’t there from booking online. Glad I asked or he wouldn’t have given us a shuttle. Still no wake up call. The pillows are like half little pillow and the bed was stiff as a board. Breakfast wasn’t ready by 6

Best Western saved the day! Our flight got canceled and after exhausting all of our options we were forced to stay in Nashville an additional night. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh! Adelita did an amazing job keeping everything fully stocked and clean. We appreciate everything Best Western Plus Nashville Airport!
