Great value!
Pros:

Kevin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the ever handy “Park and Fly” which is a great value! The room was clean, nice sized fridge, but a microwave would have been nice. Light snacks and toiletries available for purchase at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was nice, they have the usual continental selections plus scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Location is close to restaurants. Complimentary shuttle to BNA was a breeze. Note, web page made it sound like shuttle runs on the hour no matter what but you do need to tell them in advance if you plan to utilize it. Luckily we were still able to get it when needed at 11am. Overall this is a great value with lots of convenience and we will be staying again.

Pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was good and staff was pleasant! Adelita was very nice! I would rate the room a little better but we could not turn down the air conditioning and it was freezing in our room. I finally just put a towel over it to try and keep it from blowing so much! Other than that the staff was very friendly and accommodating and everything was clean!

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room wouldn’t turn off and couldn’t be adjusted so it was very cold.

Pros:

We really like the location it was close to all the things that we wanted to do while we were there the staff was pleasant very nice anything we asked for they made it available would stay there again

Cons:

The king suite wasn't what we expected it was a lot smaller that is my only complaint everything else was good
