Cons:

The room was very humid, and the air conditioner didn't have a humidity control. Sleeping at night was very difficult, and the high humidity was accompanied by a strange smell. Despite informing them about the issue, no one took any action, and no room change was arranged. Since it was a very hot season, air quality in the room was very important, and it negatively affected us.

I have stayed at the Betsy in the past. The Hotel lost it's inicial Colonial Design appeal. The rooms and lobby no longer correspond to reference images.

Espectacular hotel en Miami Beach
Pros:

El hotel precioso y muy bien decorado, la suite comodísima y el baño exquisito, la piscina en el rooftop muy agradable, con buenas vistas y reposeras muy cómodas. La ubicación excelente porque tiene entrada y salida por la Ocean Drive y por la Collins Ave.

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento y es complicado hacer el check in cuando uno viene en auto con equipaje

Emplacement très bien mais prestations pas au niveau

La literie était confortable l emplacement était top

La propreté et la vétusté des équipements ne sont pas la hauteur de l’établissement tête de lit abîmé taché sur les murs
Le ménage n est pas bien fait tous les jours très moyen ça vaut un 3 étoiles pas plus

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The Betsy is a fabulous friendly hotel. The hotel looks fabulous throughout. The staff are so professional and friendly. It is the most dog friendly hotel I have visited. They even provide chef made organic cookies for our furry friends. I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Betsy.

Best of South Beach
Pros:

Love this place. Rooms are clean comfortable and the AC really works. Funky vibe. Really cool piano bar experience. Great service especially Pam in the lounge.

Best vacation in perfect location!
Pros:

Perfect location for perfect vacation! Perfect vibe. Big and bright room. Very clean and super guest service where you change towels as much as you want. Very good for beach front places. Since it is located on quite part of Lumus park very quite in rooms. Hotel has beach facilities too.
