An amazing 2nd stay at The Betsy, superb location, amenities and staff. Highly Recommend!
Pros:

We stayed in a King suite for our 2nd stay and it was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We used the pool on the roof a couple of times, it's a decent size with plenty of loungers, towel service and a pool bar. The staff at the Betsy are superb, especially Genevieve, who was the bar woman in the lounge... she was lovely, super professional, engaging and a real credit to the Betsy. The location is excellent, right on Ocean Drive, South Beach, which is the perfect location to be in Miami for a holiday. Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing food. Highly recommend for that boutique hotel feel with lots of history!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the Betsy, it was first class. It's not a new hotel, but it's modern, has a boutique feel to it and has plenty of history, Highly recommend.

20/10 stay, wonderful faculty and kindest staff
Pros:

We had a very pleasant time here!! We saw good reviews before but the staff here is truly second to none! The building is perfectly located steps away from the beach but also on the board walk. The facility its self is beautiful, dining experiences wonderful, and amenities from the rooftop to the lounge areas and gym are wonderful. We again want to shout out the staff here, from the front desk (Mr. Fritzner) to restaurant/ bar waiters, and other staff which I wish i rememberd their names, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as seamless and comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Wish there was a star above 5 I could rate this stay!

Great, classy, artistic hotel.
Pros:

The bedroom is spacious, comfortable and silent. The location is great, with very easy access to everything.
Also, the hotel's restaurant serves excellent meals, can't recommend enough!
