We had a wonderful experience at the Betsy! The hotel is a beautiful property - definitely check out the jazz in the lobby bar and try to plan one meal in the hotel (breakfast is a nice old school hotel breakfast that you don’t see as much these days). Mark and Fritzner were incredibly helpful in getting us moved to a new room (as our first was a little cramped and the AC stopped working). They, Juan, and the whole team made our stay lovely.
Love it! You need to be here, plain and simple. Gustavo, Evens, and Carmen were super helpful and friendly. You have to try Betsy’s Burger, you’ll thank me later.
We had such an enjoyable stay at The Betsy. Everyone was so welcoming, from our first moment at check-in with George, to our afternoons at the pool with Josh, and our check out with Fritzner! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean.
The Besty Hotel is a gem! It's full of character, books and rooftop yoga. Our room had an ocean view and the ocean itself is about 100 steps from the hotel entrance. I must say that the bartender GUSTAVO was wonderful and offered us free samples and drink suggestions, the concierge ART was lovely and friendly, and the gentleman working the front desk - GEORGE, was warm, kind and genuinely welcoming. George is clearly proud to work at The Betsy and is brimming with kindness and suggestions. He did any little thing he thought I might like or need and it was a true pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel where I felt so warmly welcomed. I hope to come back next year! Hotel was great. Super location and very attendant service. Enjoyed the beach and having the chairs and umbrella. Juan was super friendly and helpful in the lobby. Mark was kind at the front desk. Thanks to all for a great stay.
This was our third time staying at the Betsy Hotel, and once again it was absolutely wonderful. Every stay here feels special, and this time was no different. A special thank you to Mark and Fritzner, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care really stand out and make a difference. Having been to the best bars in Miami, I can state that I without hesitation that Genevieve is the best bartender in the city. She will invent a cocktail based on your mood and it will blow your mind. Her mezcal lychee margarita was a religious experience. And she is as elegant and graceful as she is skilled.
We just visited the Betsy and it did not disappoint! The hotel room itself, we stayed in the Betsy Balcony, was tiny, clean and quaint.
The hotel was adorable, and was also very clean, they have the friendliest staff, and it is in a fantastic location!
The restaurant on site, LT Steak and Seafood was delicious! The lobby had live jazz music every night, which also has a fantastic bar.
And the views from the rooftop were spectacular!
Hands down, will be visiting this hotel again!
Absolutely amazing experience and incredible food with even better hospitality. Alex, our server was incredibly gracious knowing the menu and understanding our unique dietary restrictions. I’ll definitely be flying back into Miami specifically for this experience again Alex keep up the great work!

From the time Angel checked us in, and Juan brought our bags to the room, to when we departed, the Betsy was top notch. LT Steakhouse was excellent - especially Red Snapper dinner. Franco and Jorge were both great waiters, providing excellent service. Paul was an exceptional concierge and pointed us in the right direction and made multiple great suggestions and helped with reservations. One suggestion was taking an Art Deco tour led by Damian that started at the Betsy and was absolutely FANTASTIC. I highly recommend. The hotel itself is great, with great rooms and artwork/photography galore. Lots of rare, great rock and roll photography. Excellent jazz music in the hotel nightly. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay.
Joshua was an amazing bartender! I’m not a big drinker - he recommended a drink that I didn’t really like and after asking for my feedback i told him that I really didn't like it. He was so sweet and made me another drink no questions asked!- he made me a pina colada instead! Lol! Really big on the hospitality!
Amazing staff. Fritzner at the front desk is a prince among men. And Josh at the rooftop is a wonderful, friendly bartender who makes amazing cocktails!
A 5! Great dinner and breakfast. Quiet, comfy room. Loved the gorgeous rooftop pool. Location could not be better, we enjoyed our stroll along Ocean Drive admiring the Art Deco buildings. And the staff treated us well during our stay.
Room was a little cramped but hotel facilities and services were otherwise more than adequate. The lovely, polite and helpful staff are the major feature of this perfectly positioned boutique hotel.
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. I felt overwhelmed initially by all the hotel options when choosing where to stay and am so glad I chose the Betsy! It was in a more quiet spot of Miami Beach which is a nice option if you like that. It was charming, clean, chic and the coffee and food was incredible. There were multiple food spots on the property The rooms was comfy. The two pools were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 10/10
Fab trip in a fab location! Lovely Brazilian man in the rooftop bar was great! Kelsey and Juan Helped with our luggage and were very helpful. And a lovely Canadian waitress in the piano bar was smiley and lovely
Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location. All staff we encountered were both polished and genuine.Special shout-out to Fritzner and Jossimar at the front desk. Our room was the Betsy suite with wrap around balcony. Perfect for spreading out. South Beach is a very lively and eclectic place. And the Betsy fits right in with an upscale, refined yet laid back stay. We will be back!
The Betsy hotel is dog friendly. They do not charge a fee for your dog to stay with you.
The owner's dogs, Betsy and Rosa, live behind the desk and they are the most beautiful dogs ever. This is a dog-friendly place.
This is also an exquisite hotel with exquisite dining. You will never have bread that is as good as this bread. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. There is live jazz on Friday nights.
The bathroom is the best bathroom I've ever been in. The dining room is comfortable beautiful. High ceilings. Eat here!!!
