La habitación no estaba lista al momento del check-in y lo hice después de las 4:00 pm. No había agua caliente.

Muy agradable

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero deberían mejorar la limpieza de las áreas comunes.
El servicio del personal es bueno.

The rooms are older then they appear, especially the toilet are very old and smelly.

En general todo muy bien, la atención es muy amena y realmente soy muy atentos, excelente servicio.

In the middle of Palenque. Nice Restaurants and shops in front. Big Supermarket an ATM close. Very friendly stuff and small Pool.

El hotel aceptable, las personas que atienden despistas y groseros, el aire a la 1 AM presento fallas, no sirve el teléfono y los canales de tv muy borrosos y el depósito del WC con fuga....

En la aplicación de Expedia NO se ofertan las habitaciones de 1 cama kingsice y el hotel si las tiene disponibles, eso no me gustó, no es error del hotel.

Very nice property, very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Very safe area and very close to nearby shopping, there’s a Chedraui grocery store 9 min drive, city center about the same with lots of places to eat, shopping and nice live entertainment at the park’s center

This was my wife and I favorite hotel from our Tren Maya trip. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a balcony. We enjoyed it so much we stayed here twice within our stay! We would highly recommend this stay.

El hotel es bonito y está en una muy buena ubicación. Tienes restaurantes justo saliendo del hotel. Si viajas en camión, la estación del ADO está a 5 minutos caminando. La comida del desayuno muy rica y la habitación limpia y agradable. Tiene aire acondicionado que ayuda muchísimo con el clima en Palenque.

Our first night out of our 3 night stay was a nightmare. The room had an A/C that couldn't be regulated at set at 68 degrees so we shut it off and turned on the ceiling fan but had to open the window for air circulation but were kept up all night with noise from scooters, cars, etc right by our window. We asked for another room but were told they were booked and we could move the next day. At around 9am, they found another room for the next two days which was quieter. The staff was friendly, location is not near city central, many walkable good restaurants and taxis readily available
