Location and hot tubs were wonderful
Rooms do not have enough light. We had two small lamps but it was not nearly enough to light the room.
Obviously the location can’t be beat
The room was significantly smaller than others I’ve stayed in and those other places were less expensive.
Location was perfect, so close to everything. The staff were really helpful, upgraded our room for us as they had space over shoulder season. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed for our stay!
The restaurant was amazing food. Restaurant Manager was taking the to interact with tables which was great to see.
Was way too noisy location couldn’t sleep had to use ear plugs. Party places bars I guess close by. Which I didn’t know when booking. I think should have option to pick room locations online. Mold on tub surround & tub. No smart tv for the price of the room.

Great location, beautiful lobby and restaurant. Loved the coffee machine on 2nd floor. Room was renovated , clean and very functional.
Hallway and hallway carpet could use a refresh but the rooms are great and renovated. The hot tub area furniture is nice but someone should clean the snow off it so it won’t freeze and then cannot be used
The town and hotel. Not complaints. Well placed for one night and an evening stroll.

Very noisy air conditioning and blowing in your face while in bed….and couldn’t turn off at the controller. Reported to main desk but when someone came to fix it they were unable to adjust tge air flow!
Love the location, have stayed here many times.
The hot tub levels were low and the line of filthy dark grunge along the rim of the tub was pretty gross. They need a good scrub!
