Excellent hotel staff - very accomodating, has laundry facilities, $10/day parking, no microwaves
Pros:

laundry room and cleaning staff. Cleaning staff was the best I have seen, thet were very helpful with providing fresh towels, etc.

Cons:

no microwave in room is deal breaker for a return visit. The food in Banff is very expensive and much of it is mediocre at best. with expensive hotels and expensive food, need a microwave to be able to cook my own meals.

Basic hotel with basic rooms without a view without a balcony. If you are spending over $600 look elsewhere for a bette
Pros:

The beds were OK. Location is in the middle of Banff so couldn’t really be better.

Cons:

Dingy room. Small window looked on top of the roof where there was a bunch of large air vents.

No water in room. The bathroom lights were incredibly bright so at night you can’t help but get blinded.

TV on side of bed so you can’t actually watch it. The AC was very loud and when it kicks on, I couldn’t help but wake up several times at night.

When was located at the total end of the building, and really should be half the price

Banff at best is expensive, but at least you almost always get a small balcony, a view, and some amenities.

I spent over $620 for this booking and it didn’t include have you a balcony water, or really any amenities. And they still charge me $10 to park.

Great location, comfortable bed. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Parking was limited and not too expensive .

Cons:

Coffee was far away. Access to our newer area was treacherous. My wife hit her head on the low ceiling when she reached for the handrail. Our TV was parallel to the bed. It would have been weird to watch like that.

Great location and the staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We have stayed here twice and both times have been a very good experience.
