Pros:

Absolutamente tudo no hotel é fabuloso. O atendimento da equipe, o quarto amplo (e alguns, agora, reformados com elegância e muito bom gosto). Café da manhã (produtos frescos e cheios de opção), ótima localização. Realmente impecável. É nosso hotel de escolha sempre em Porto Alegre. Carinho especial pelos funcionários Uillian e Juanita, que sempre nos atendem com toda a atenção e carinho!

Ótimas instalações, com falhas pontuais.
Pros:

Ótimas instalações, sistema climatizador, chuveiro, misturador, pressão de água. Café da manhã perfeito. Brinquedoteca impressionante.

Cons:

Berço solicitado e conirmado não estava montado. Tomadas com mau contato fora do padrão ABNT há muitos anos. Pia do banheiro muito entupida, qualquer volume de água não descia como devia. Estacionamento podia ser abonado para hóspede até uma cota. Só fiz pegar na locadora, fechar malas, realizar checkout, mas ultrapassou os 20 min.
