Limpeza , tratamento pelo staff e café da manhã.

Cons:

O box desabou sobre a minha filha durante o banho e tivemos que mudar de quarto durante a madrugada. O staff foi muito gentil e tentou compensar de alguma forma. No entanto, precisamos registrar que a nossa expectativa era maior diante do valor pago. Somos clientes há anos do hotel e dessa vez foi muito frustrante.

Meu marido e eu somos proprietários da Pousada Descanso do Rei na Praia do Rosa, em Santa Catarina — e justamente por isso somos hóspedes bastante exigentes. Conhecemos de perto o que é difícil entregar na hotelaria, e é com esse olhar criterioso que digo: o Deville Porto Alegre nos surpreendeu genuinamente.

Tudo funcionou com perfeição. Quarto amplo, cama com rouparia impecável, toalhas macias e trocadas com capricho, limpeza irrepreensível e um chuveiro que raramente se encontra com essa pressão e temperatura. Pequenos detalhes que, para quem trabalha com hospitalidade, fazem toda a diferença.

O café da manhã merece menção especial: completo, variado, com qualidade que eu só havia visto em resorts internacionais — lembro de um café em Bali que me impressionou nesse nível. O Deville chega lá.

Jantamos também no restaurante do hotel e os pratos eram elaborados com refinamento real, não apenas apresentação bonita.

Mas o que verdadeiramente elevou a experiência foi o atendimento. Ana Flávia e Josimar, da recepção, são profissionais de alto nível: atenciosos, proativos e com aquela simpatia genuína que não se treina em manual. Ficamos impressionados.

O Deville Porto Alegre passa a ser, a partir de agora, nossa primeira escolha sempre que estivermos na cidade. Parabéns à equipe — é assim que se faz hospitalidade.

A acomodação estava limpa e com bom atendimento na recepção.

Cons:

Tivemos uma frustração no jantar em família para 4 pessoas. Quando o jantar chegou estava totalmente frio. Solicitamos para aquecer e o prato foi desmontado e disseram que não tinham mais ingredientes pra fazer os pratos solicitados. Enfim, esperamos mais 1 hora para que servissem outra opção.
