Never booking with hotels.com again.
Pros:

The hotel reported that they called hotels.com to let them know that they had to cancel my reservation due to a plumbing issue. Hotels.com NEVER contacted me. I was in a city with no other options. We had to return home.

The bed and linens were comfortable. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was much to be desired- food was old tasting, cold, many items were empty and the person in charge of refilling simply wasn’t doing it. Both coffee’s were empty, milk for cereal empty, ice for beverages melted…

Awesome weekend away!
Pros:

We stayed here for our annual back to school trip to Columbus with our 2 daughters. We stayed here last year too and loved the space. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome! Lovely kitchen area and really comfortable beds. The girls loved the pool and the waffles for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Perfect stay being just minutes away from airport. Offered free appetizers at night and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Kids enjoyed the basketball court in the courtyard.
