Cons:

De kamer, heel erg klein. Je moest zijdelings schuivelen van bed naar badkamer. Je kon niet op de toilet zitten met de knieën naar voren omdat er tot de muur te weinig ruimte was. Er zat een grote vlek in het laken. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar DEZE kamer

It's a nice place for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

Location is great, staff is very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Also, the hotel is in a very cool old building. And the lounge area downstairs was a nice place to spend some time before going to the airport.

Cons:

The room was very small, and it was very hot and very little fresh air inside. There was a fan, and I opened the window, but it didn't help much. I guess that's the price to pay for staying in an old building.

They could care less, If you don't like it find another place when we complained about the climb.
Pros:

Update to a rating of 6. The Owner took personal attention to address my issues and make changes to the website as well as the Front Desk attention to the challenges with the annex/bell service.

great location and probably OK if you stay in the main part of the hotel, but if they put you in the annex, it sucks. 4th floor climb up. Actually dangerous and there is no bell service for the luggage

Cons:

They should tell you when you book if you are staying in the main hotel or the annex. THere is no elevator in the Annex and it is a dangerous 4 floor walk up (more like climb up - very steep). Trying to get heavy luggage up there was a big pain. We are in our 70's

Nice hotel in good central location
Pros:

Overall pretty good accommodation. Central location and nice room view of the canals. All staff were very helpful whenever we asked questions.

Cons:

No aircon and rooms were quite warm at night and too loud outside to open windows while sleeping. Rooms are small but adequate and probably standard for Amsterdam.

sehr zentral gelegen , personal sehr freundlich und alles sauber

Cons:

das frühstück war eher spärlich aber ok
das parken des autos war anders als gedacht.
mussten i. einem öffentlichen parkaus parken das nach 18 h schon 65 € gekostet hat.
