Nice stay
Pros:

Staff were really nice and chatty, gave us recommendations on where to go/what to do, gave us an upgrade due to it being a birthday surprise. Location was perfect just in the middle of everything.

Cons:

Room was nice however really small, nowhere to store suitcase, bathroom tap was broken and came off when you turned it on/off, when washing face in shower you would bang your head on the shelf above, shower screen wasn't big enough so completely wet the floor, radiator was stained.

Ideal location, very nice and helpful staff. I cannot stress enough how agreeable everyone I spoke to was.

Cons:

The individual room is small but matches the photos The room was a bit cold the first night despite the heater but I got a second blanket when I asked for it the next day.

Pros:

La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre et des principaux lieux touristiques. La rue devant l’annexe est peu passante. Le personnel est resté poli lors de nos échanges.

Cons:

Très déçu par la chambre par rapport à ce qui était annoncé. L’annonce présentait une chambre située dans l’annexe avec des photos laissant clairement entendre une chambre en étage et surtout avec vue sur canal, ce qui a motivé mon choix. Je m’attendais donc bien à être logé dans l’annexe, mais pas au rez-de-chaussée.
À l’arrivée, nous avons été placés au rez-de-chaussée de l’annexe, avec vue uniquement sur la rue et aucune vue sur le canal. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, on nous a indiqué qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible. Je peux l’entendre, mais ce n’est pas conforme à la présentation de l’annonce, et cela mérite d’être précisé pour les futurs clients.
De plus, l’annexe est très mal insonorisée :
Porte d’entrée de l’annexe juste à côté, qui claque régulièrement
Bruits de pas au-dessus (escaliers au-dessus de la salle de bain)
Conversations et passages audibles dans le couloir
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais très petite.
En résumé, chambre correcte sur le plan pratique, mais grosse déception sur la vue et le calme, deux critères importants pour nous.

Update : Suite à mon commentaire, l’établissement m’a contacté directement. Le responsable s’est excusé pour la situation et a effectué un geste commercial de 150€ de remboursement sur le séjour. Je tiens donc à le mentionner ici, même si mon expérience concernant la chambre reste telle que décrite ci-dessus.
