Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundllich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war total abgewohnt, uralter fleckiger Spannteppich in den Zimmern und am Gang. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was in dieses Teppichen alles rumkrabbelt. Ich habe nach einem Allergikerzimmer gefragt, die waren leider alle vergeben.Für ein anderes Zimmer ohne Teppich hätte ich 60€/Nacht draufzahlen müssen. Nachdem ich nur 2 Nächte gebucht habe, zahlt sich so was nicht aus. Die Balkontüre hat aus Altersgründen auch nicht mehr richtig funktioniert, sodass wir Angst hatten, dass die Türe beim Öffnen aus den Ankern fällt. An unserer Zimmerdecke gesellten sich ( ja wir haben sie abgezählt) 35 Gelsen zu uns. Man merkte deutlich, dass man in diesem Hotel aufgehört hat, zu investieren. Nicht mal die kaputten Glühbirnen an den Leuchten im Speisezimmer wurden getauscht....Schade, aber Zimmer, die über Booking.com gebucht werden, sind halt billig.....

Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
Pros:

Es hat uns von Anfang bis Ende wirklich gut gefallen. Die Lobby hat uns schon zum Staunen gebracht, einfach so wunderschön.
Das Restaurant einfach top. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden und sind immer fündig geworden. Das Restaurant ist auch optisch ein echter Hingucker.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe - und das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau - für 4 Personen gab es wirklich wenig Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen nach der Therme aufzuhängen. Ein Wäscheständer könnte Abhilfe schaffen.
