Faulty door lock correction not managed well, and heat pump not working. Staff could not fix. Pump started working of its own accord at about 3.00 a.m. breakfast was good and overall good valuer and friendly staff

This hotel is in a great location, very central to everything. Our room was what I asked for and the breakfast was yummmmy.
Overall really happy with our stay
The winter special with breakfast included was the reason we booked at this hotel and we loved it. Would go again. The location was walking distance to the casino and the Town hall. Was able to leave our car while on the Tranz Alpine overnight trip.
