the room needed to change toilet and hot water while we were there.
and most of all no Laundry . spending 14 nights in a hotel one need Laundry.

Disappointing
Pros:

- Location is nice.
- Technical staff is very helpful.
- Daily cleaning.

Cons:

- Property is dark.
- Amenities like pool and laundry room is not available.
- No access to the lobby, unless you need to pay.
- Front staff rude and looks like they don't want to be there.
- Property looks to be in a rebuilding stage. During our stay a team was working on the roof. Due to the noise the kids weren't able to rest.
BOOKING.COM, ACCORDING TO THE MAIL THERE WAS ONLY A NAME CHANGE, BUT AFTER ARRIVING WE NOTICE MORE THAN A NAME CHANGE. IF WE HAD KNOWN THE REAL SITUATION WE WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THIS BOOKING.

Roaches in the first room.. had to change... toilet stopped up several times..I didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit.. not a hold..a charge i hope I'll receive back in 5 days as promised..

Breakfast was advertised and there was no breakfast The pool was very dirty n closed The toilet kept flushing every 5 minutes so I had to turn the water supply off I did inform the Manager the next day that he probably needed a new toilet “ flapper. “ Room was very out dated and shabby. They need to totally refurbish this hotel. I’d never stay here again

Overall for the price, staff, and location was a pretty good place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was very polite. Room was cleaned every day and smelled very clean each time we came back. Which was very nice. Had a mini fridge, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. Overall stay was very good for the price.

Cons:

Property looked like it was being remodeled or still cleaning up after storms. Had no water for the first hour we were there. Apparently they were fixing a pipe. Minimal appliances. No toaster, no blow-dryer. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Esperienza pessima, massima attenzione!

Abbiamo prenotato due notti e avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivate dopo le 4 del mattino, ma nessuno ha risposto al messaggio. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno lasciate per strada sostenendo che non avevamo avvisato.
Il receptionist e il supervisore sono stati molto scortesi e poco professionali. Non ci è stato permesso di fare il check-in per nessuna delle due notti e non vogliono rimborsarci.
Esperienza davvero deludente: massima attenzione, soprattutto a chi arriva tardi o si aspetta un minimo di correttezza e ospitalità.
