Great experience. Room was clean and roomy. Bailey at the front desk was super helpful and friendly.
Outdated rooms. Shower is terrible, water has an odor. Pool is filthy. Half the lights in the bathroom are burnt out. Bar service was good and chicken wings were solid. Parking was not free as advertised.
We pay for the accommodation at the time of booking, including breakfast. And when we checked in we were charged to pay. The next day we were harassed three times during breakfast to pay for the coffee. We feel exploited by repeated charges. We don't indicate.

There was a small group of pool and jaccuzzi patrons that were in the pool area with their own music and alcohol containers. I felt like part of the family having to push my way into use of the jaccuzzi. Otherwise, I got to use it and eventually they turned off their music and cleared out some of their containers.
Breakfast was good
Room bedding was horrible, after a long day, I finally went to bed and found a lot of hair and crust in the sheets, I did not make it a big deal, so the next morning I went to the front desk and explain what I had found and requested a change of sheets, they said they will take care of it, I was there for 3 days but never took care of it I never ever complain about anything, since they did not take care of I just dealt with it.

Worst Garden Inn experience ever and I'm a repeat guest of this property.
I spend 100+ nights per year in all levels of accommodations and maintain diamond status. I'll try a keep this short.
I was given a different room that what I checking in/selected on the app (nor was this disclosed to me until I arrived at and refused the room she gave me).
Replacement "suite" was handicap which was not disclosed either.
Suite was very old/dated when the rest of the property has been recently remodeled. Missing toilet paper and bath gel, broken shower head assembly, broken phone, remote missing batteries, both TV's unplugged, visible rotted wood on bathroom door and framing. Room smelled of urine/mold.
Addressed this face to face with the front desk the next morning. Was given 20K points and promised the room would be corrected.
The room was made up but no bath mat or shower gel left and shower was never fixed.
2 days later the room was made up again and no toilet paper or shower gel left, shower head never fixed and burnt out over head light never repaired.
Hotel restaurant never opened for dinner or bar never opened during my 5 nights (nor was this disclosed on their website).
Tried having breakfast one morning but the server never came back to the table to take my menu order. After 10+ minutes I walked out.
The building air conditioning on the 6th floor broke my last 2 days there...
Honestly no one at this hotel seems to care. I was never said hello to when passing any staff, no apologies were made, no follow up, no goodbye/anything when checking out...

Although cheaper than some other options, I expected more! The shower didn't work properly, the curtains didn't work properly, maintenance personnel came but issues were not fixed. The pool is NOT heated as advertised, and the hot tub is only big enough for about 5 people total. It's also just a hot pool basically, the "bubbles" from the jets reminded me of the bubbles that fish tank filters create. Breakfast is not automatically included which is fine but if you are going to charge $18 for breakfast it should be better than what's usually a free breakfast buffet at other hotels. The free shuttle to SeaWorld only comes 3 times, and those times are not advertised well. It is walkable to SeaWorld from the hotel, but then there is a lot of walking at SeaWorld so add on a walk to/from the park it was too much in my opinion for someone who is not an athletic and doesn't do long distance walking regularly.
