Location
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All information was well explained, and the service consistently met expectations. The restaurant food was delicious, and the live music created a great atmosphere. The kids’ playroom was a brilliant addition and kept the children happily entertained, which made the stay even more relaxing for us.
The mattresses were a bit flimsy and soft around the edges, which made it easy to roll off the bed, especially for children.
The pool water was colder than expected, which made it difficult to enjoy.
The kitchen deserves a 10/10! The starter was excellent, and the main course was amazing. The ‘Rigoti’ mojito was absolutely perfect – exactly how it should be! The staff were very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The noise from the function room both nights until very late and then the volume of people leaving.
Nowhere did sit around the pool- not a spa set up. No information about treatments readily available.
The best place so far I visited . I cannot complain on anything in this hotel . Helpful staff , great pool for swimming and fitness room and great food .
