The gym was the best hotel gym I have ever seen.. Rooms were so clean and staff were incredible.. Practically Mellisa at breakfast, she was not just amazing for us but to everyone she cared for. The food was also top quality..

Gorgeous hotel, we stay here all the time, very clean, rooms and beds are extremely comfortable, Staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the food is lovely, the kids absolutely love the swimming pool and jacuzzi, great hotel to stay at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus their strawberry diquries are amazing 🍓🥰😍

Restaurant were not able to make a margarita (spicy) which is a basic cocktail however my veggie curry was delicious and the lovely waiter changed my child’s cheesy garlic bread to plain without hesitation. Your regular gym users were very off putting tutting every time children entered the pool area which was really unfair and unreasonable. One of your regulars was even shouting at (adult) guests to close the steam room door every time they entered/ left the steam room. These regulars need to find a gym and pool that’s not a HOTEL or you need to
Manage them - very unsettling for guests withe children especially small children.
