I had big expectations on the spa and pool facilities, however I believe that was fair standard.

I booked a night here for my partner, 5 year old daughter and myself as a surprise for my daughter. We got to checking in, and Jobin was the person who greeted us and gave us all the information. What a lovely start to our night, Jobin was very kind, knowledgable and helpful with my questions. He is a credit to your hotel.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and the pool is actually what made us choose here. The pool staff were very kind and friendly too and the pool was great with brilliant amenities. We will definitely be back.
We stay regularly at the crowne plaza sometimes as a couple and often with the kids. The facilities are first class and service even better. Melissa and Jobin were so good to us on this visit (and previous visits). Can't thank them enough! We will definitely be back later in the year

Super hotel very comfortable and spotless
BUT buffet breakfast was a total disappointment . Not hot enough dried bacon could hardly cut it.
