De kamer was redelijk afgeleefd en heeft een stevige opknapbeurt nodig. Het tapijt is niet hygiënisch. Het ontbijt was pover. De prijs is te duur voor wat je krijgt

It was nit clean even room service when called to clean all was sane no vacum, bathroom not cleaned, even towels were not changed. I do not recommend it at all.

Good location to the train station

Cons:

Rooms need updating. Not the cleanest. Clean bathroom. Hotel is in the redlight district. Very loud at night. Rubbish everywhere outside the hotel.

The location was close to everything

Cons:

Overall, my stay was disappointing because of several issues with the room.

The sound insulation was very poor. My room faced the street, and I could clearly hear people outside, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The curtains also did not block the sunlight properly, so the room became bright early in the morning.

The air conditioning was acceptable, but not great—it kept the room reasonably cool, but I expected better. The biggest disappointment was the pillows, which were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Great and comfortable
Pros:

Very convenient and not far from dam square! Very friendly and nice rooms! Good air con for this hot weather!

Loved the stay as the access to the whole of AMS was great.
