Enjoyed the breakfast options and the shuttle to downtown was super convenient. Matt was exceptional

Pros:

Loved the proximity to restaurants. Hattie B's was awesome and just across the street. The shuttle service to Broadway and back was a bonus as well.

Cons:

It didn't feel well maintained. Our room had stains on the coach and the lamp was leaning. Staff was friendly once you got them to smile. Bar was lacking in N/A options and closed super earlier. It just felt a little dingy and the parking garage was terrifying....

Room and Hotel overall quality was outstanding. The friendliness that was given by each member of the staff was very refreshing. Breakfast while it sufficed could have been a done a bit better but was still very very good.

I love staying at Embassy suites you get more for your money great breakfast and they have bacon alot of place don't have bacon love that. I will be back soon.

Cons:

Parking was an additional $45, maybe I over looked that on booking, but can't recall. Im downtown area, you will probaly pay about that much for the day.

Parking to check in. Parking lot. And they will not tell you until you get your bill and see it. Self parking is 50.00 they add taxes. Valet is 70. They would not remove it after I called. They never said you were charged to park anywhere. The parking garage is tight. Very hard to pull into with a 4 door truck and to go around and around you almost it mirrors and bed of truck. I would have stayed again but I did not like they way they handle
The parking. No telling you. It’s was expensive to stay they they tag on the extra you know. Nothing about until
You see your bill!!! So will not stay there again just because of that issue.
