Met our needs for travel for a family of 3 using the hotel as a base to do activities in the area

Beware Train Noise
Pros:

We booked this hotel through Airbnb. We were very happy with the room. It was a king suite with a balcony. The king bedroom had its own TV separated by French doors that did not lock. The kids were able to sleep out on the sofa bed with their own TV. Squeaky sofa bed. There was a kitchenette with a refrigerator, two burner electric stovetop and a microwave. Nice hot tub open until 9pm. Good breakfast. Great location. Train horn can be heard all day long. Bring a white noise machine to drown it out.

The stay was ok, but I’ll never book here again to be honest.
Pros:

Honestly the pool area was nice and the view from our balcony was great.

Cons:

It’s definitely not what I expected. It felt too crowded. Like the rooms were too close. I could literally hear the person in the other room.

Buyer beware, false advertising...!!
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It's close to our daughter and family. 4 out of 5 times I booked with the picture of the room that I wanted to stay in and clicked on "book room" 4 out of 5 times, we were given the room I selected. This last time, I did the same, booked by the picture, this was booked through the hotel site, not a 3rd party. This time we arrived at the hotel to find out it was not the suite room, it was a standard room. The front desk stated many people have complained about this, that it's an issue with the 3rd party advertiser. I wrote the General Manager Vijay Daya, that night. Gave him ample time to respond, NOTHING. This pace is clearly an I don't care if you enjoy your stay or not, just put your money in my pocket!!
The prepared breakfast food is barely tolerable and the same thing most days. They have a small fridge but not a plug in microwave, even Motel 6 has that! The rooms have rust, poor repair work and the shower smelled like sewage after each use. That along with hair on the bathroom floor, not ours, that was there even after maid service. Disgusting. The building is falling apart. It's defiantly a 2 star hotel. We tolerated it due to closeness to family, spacious suite room, full refrigerator, stove & microwave so that I could cook food. This was definitely our last stay !!!!!

Great location near beach and downtown. Grounds are pretty good, fairly clean hotel.
Pros:

Requested ocean view, attached photo of what we got. Surprised with the additional "15.00 amenity fee" for parking, pool, breakfast, laundry. They don't tell you that until the final booking page, I missed it...doesn't seem right.

Stayed a month and as a woman on my own felt comfortable and secure,

Warm pool and great hot tub in garden like setting
Walked to beach and town easily

Wonderful weekend stay, close to the beach.
Pros:

The kitchenette served us well. Nice size refrigerator for our food and beverages.

Cons:

A little better stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes would be helpful.
Sliding door kept sticking.
