Pros:

L’accueil très sympathique, la disponibilité du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

L'absence de mini bar dans les chambres. Le fonctionnement de la climatisation qui ne marchait pas et qui était remplacé par un ventilateur dans une des chambres mais pas dans la seconde

Problemas con el check-in
Pros:

Booking nos ayudo con la cancelacion y la compensacion para otro hotel

Cons:

Las condiciones en ingles no especificaban una limitacion para que los menores de edad tuvieran que estar con los padres para realizar el checkin. Esto hizo que mis dos hijas (hermanas) se encontraran en un pais extranjero y sin alojamiento ya que no se les permitio hacer el checkin a pesar que una de ellas es mayor de edad, y a pesar que como padres nos comunicamos con el hotel para intentar de resolver la situacion.

Hotellrommet var møkkete, slitt, enkelt og vil si det hadde stort behov for oppgradering! Ikke verdt pengene!

Det va ett bra och billigt centralt hotell med nära till allt, skulle absolut kunna tänka mej att boka det igen.
Pros:

Centralt hotellet med nära till allt, reste med tåg och centralstationen låg precis intill.

Cons:

Upplevde hotell rummet som slitet, bodde på 2 våning med ett tak som utsikt, i efterhand hade jag lika gärna kunna ta ett rum utan fönster.

Hotel ist wegen des engen, dunklen Zimmers und des schlechten Frühstücks absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Lage: Sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum

Cons:

Zimmer: Sehr eng und extrem dunkel, da komplett fensterlos. Es gab im Zimmer leider keinen Tisch oder eine Ablagefläche.Frühstück: Sehr eintönig mit minimaler Auswahl. Es gab täglich nur Brot, Marmelade und Butter. Frischer Käse, Fleisch, Früchte und Gemüse haben komplett gefehlt.

Pros:

Hotel je smješten u centru grada tako da se gotovo do svih atrakcija može doći pješice za 10 do 20 minuta. Nalazi se na samoj postaji Arlanda expresa što je posebna pogodnost za one koji dolaze avionom.
Doručak je izvrstan.

Cons:

Krevet bi mogao biti ugodniji. Soba je premala.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly opon arrivel, room was excellent with a nice view of the city. It is also very centrally located to all public transport and attractions. Will definitely stay here again
