Mycket nöjd och glad gäst.
Pros:

Fräscht och fint hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sköna sängar och puffiga kuddar. Bra frukost utbud, speciellt med egen gluten och vegan hylla.

Ottimo Hotel, soggiorno piacevole, personale preparato.
Pros:

la posizione dell'hotel è strategica: praticamente all'uscita dalla stazione centrale di Stoccolma (vicino ai binari dove termima la corsa (e da dove parte) l'Arlanda Express. Quindi molto comodo per i collegamenti, da e per, l'aeroporto di Arlanda. In appena un paio di miniti di cammino si arriva già ai binari. Hall dell'albergo accogliente, staff al desk molto gentile e cortese. Sempre pronti a rispondere e chiarire dubbi/questioni. Avevo anche affittato un'auto e mi hanno dato tutte le indicazioni su come uscire dal parcheggio sottrraneo, non avendo ricevuto informazioni scritte specifiche (apertura automatica delle due basculanti avvicinandosi semplicemente con l'auto). In, sostanza tutto molto ben organizzato ed efficiente.

Cons:

quando sono arrivato in stanza la prima volta, (me ne hanno dato una al 7° piano) ho dovuto attaversaree una serie di corridoi, sembrando di essere quasi dentro un labirinto con lunghi corridoi senza finestre e luce soffusa. Tuttavia, una volta seguite alla lettera le indicazioni sulle sequenze dei numeri delle stanze per ogni corridoio presenti sulle pareti, si impara molto presto il percorso per poter arrivare alla propria stanza dagli pianerottolo degli ascensori.

Très bonne localisation, plusieurs jeux mis à disposition, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel très agréable, et discret, que ce soit à l accueil, dans la salle de petit déjeuner ou dans les étages .

Bom atendimento, conforto, limpeza, café da manhã! Fora isso, a localização é muito boa pois fica perto da Central Station de Estocolmo!
