這次登記入住的接待人員，過程非常有禮、暖心！ 詢問訂房名字後，是用「歡迎回來！」開始後續流程。詢問過年訂房的問題，也是建議在前1-2個月，有優惠活動是登記。為客人著想的心，讓人願意繼續回住！

Cons:

住房樓上有人在跑跳的聲音非常明顯。房內冷氣溫度調節完全無效，就算開到30度、最弱的風速，一家人也是被凍的無法忍受，但關了冷氣又很悶。期待飯店能大幅改善！
