Great but some staff's training needs to be improved
Pros:

I do like the location and the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

The staff at the reception on the 11th floor in the afternoon (02.12.26) for the sand playground wasn't really friendly, her attitude was rather cold and cynical. My wife and I had the same impression under different circumstances. It felt like she did not like her job at all.

房間隔音也不錯

Cons:

每次開車就必須先到12樓櫃檯告知車號 才能到停車場去開車出去。建議飯店應該check in 時直接登記車號
住宿期間系統可以設定好，不需要每次要開車出去就必須到12樓櫃檯告知。

Pros:

飯店位置在新竹市區內，週邊好覓食，生活機能佳，且有附設地下停車場，車位夠（有部分是機械車位）。

人員服務很棒，停車時有人引導，報到入住時態度也很好，走廊上碰到房務人員也都會親切打招呼。

房間設備佳，除了瓶裝水，還有一台瞬熱式飲水機，想喝熱水很方便。有一張辦公桌，桌面大又明亮。電視底座可以左右旋轉，想躺在床上看或坐在椅子看都方便。枕頭跟床鋪軟硬適中，很好睡。淋浴的熱水水壓強，熱水來得快又穩定（但洗手台水龍頭的出水量略小）。

這是穆斯林友善飯店，房間內有指引麥加方向，還有提供各次禮拜的時間表，很不錯，雖然我不是穆斯林，也能感受飯店的用心。

Cons:

報到櫃檯在12樓，13樓以上是客房，從1樓大廳或地下停車場上樓時，得先搭電梯到12樓，再轉搭另外的客房專屬電梯，無法搭同一部電梯上下樓，是稍有不便的地方。
