Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much that we extended it for another night. Room and view was spectacular and customer service was amazing. Close to everything, kid friendly etc loved it. Would highly recommend

Cons:

Only downfall for us would be car parking extra cost and that pool was out of service due to getting renovated

Love the facilities and location, would of liked to know about the pool being closed
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff, tennis court and spa were great!

Cons:

The lap pool was out of order which we weren’t told prior to booking/our stay

Very comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was from a café next door and was excellent. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Cons:

The foyer and room was a little "tired "and could do with a little refurbishment. Beautiful wood flooring needs stripping and re vanishing. This is the 1st impression when visitors arrive so is important. Likewise small things in the room need repair and re painting.
$30 parking I thought was a bit expensive 🤔
Overall the pros outdid the cons.

Wonderful location and staff.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The view of the city was beautiful and the blackout curtains helpful. The front desk staff was also very helpful, kind, and friendly.

Cons:

The floor finish in the lobby looked like it really needed fixing.

Good value for money in a great location.
Pros:

Awesome view, and room much bigger than I thought it would be. Gym facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Lobby floor was a bit tired looking and only one staff on reception for check in which meant there was a queue.
