Thoroughly enjoyable stay
Pros:

I had the best view from my room across the harbour to Auckland city. The hotel was sited right beside a great cafe. The shower was outstanding and I slept well in the bed. The hotel was close to where my son lived

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that could be better

4 Star maybe 3 at best!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, close to shops and the beach.
The room was a great size too.

Cons:

The cleanness of the hotel was not the best.
We stayed 4 nights, room got serviced on the 3rd day why not on the second day?
Room was very dusty and bathroom had no fan floor got very wet after having a shower.
For a 4 star Hotel there was no Restaurant or bar, only food available was frozen pre-packed food to microwave or use oven.
There were a lot of cafe and restaurants around, but you expect a 4 star hotel to have them.

Pros:

Clean, tidy, comfortable. The spa pool is large and relaxing

Cons:

No mention the pool was out of action when we booked. The units are tidy yet tired. Towels are not changed daily so you must request clean towels at reception. Once again old photos and not current.

A comfortable stay in a well-appointed apartment but the ‘hotel’ lacked facilities.
Pros:

We have stayed there before, so knew what to expect. The location was excellent for our needs and the apartment was large, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The view from our room was tremendous.

Cons:

Although advertised as a hotel, it is really just a block of serviced apartments! They are very nice serviced apartments, but there is no breakfast provided, no restaurant and no bar. The swimming pool was also not usable while we were there.

Dissapointed in finding out the facilities were out of order upon arrival

The view was nice.

Cons:

The fact we paid over $250 for one night specifically because we were looking for somewhere we could swim and have a spa as the weather was good and we planned to swim and spa so paid extra to stay here. We wernt told until arrriving that both were closed and out of order but still paid the same price for the same room. Soooo dissapointed as there were other places we wanted to stay but they didnt have a pool and spa which is why we chose this place. Dissapointing we didnt gt offered any sort of discount, upgrade or refund. Why wouldnt people be told upon booking atleast. Very upsetting as it was our only chance to unwind in those facilities without our children in a long time.
