Me cobraron más de 3 dólares por 3 impresiones qué nunca me dijeron que eran cobradas, lo manejamos como un favor de la señorita del counter pero me las cobro y caras

It was HORRIBLE !
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the facility. I will never stay there again. I didn't like it at all.

Cons:

The rooms were stink the beds werent clean there was also roaches and other bugs we found i reported it. Got a different room and it was the same exact thing stains on the bedding and sheets and roaches crawling around. Got another room and it was STILL stains and spots on the bedding but no roaches this time it was very uncomfortable stay. I was very upset and do t think I should have had to pay to sleep on beds with stains and roa hes crawling around the room.

Bad receptionist and bad faith staff are everything we hate when we look for a place to stay with the family.
Pros:

They robbed me, room full of bugs and insects so they changed my room and the problem persisted so I requested the cancellation and left but I didn’t get a refund and they didn’t answer me by email.

Cons:

Not clean. Found cockroach in the room. The staff had me waiting over half an hour in the lobby past 10pm to get me a new room. They didn’t help with my stuff or anything.
