É um Marriot, ou seja, a barra já chega alta, e confesso que quando fiz a pesquisa, me surpreendeu que hotéis muito mais simples tinham avaliações muito melhores. O hotel é bom, o quarto era espaçoso, colchões ótimos, quartos sempre limpos, chuveiro ótimo, em termo de produto, não temos nada a reclamar. Um dos dias alugamos bicicletas, o que também foi uma ótima experiência. A vista é linda, e a localização também maravilhosa.

Cons:

Como a barra estava alta, passamos por situações que consideramos decepcionantes. Tivemos alguns problemas com os elevadores, mas já mandei o feedback para eles diretamente, um dia precisei de 2 serviços de quarto destintos, um a pessoa que me atendeu disse que não deveria pedir porque o restaurante estava lotado, e que portanto, não seríamos a prioridade podendo levar até mais que 1 hora para recebermos o jantar. E tentei agendar o café da manhã no quarto, e a pessoa me disse que não poderia, que se quisesse, deveria descer na manhã seguinte para tomar café. Fora isso, peguei uma fila grande no check in, o que tb achei desagradável.
