Pros:

La vue était splendide et la chambre assez spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Le petit déjeuné était correct. La localisation de l'hôtel était parfaite, près de l'eau, de la nature et du centre-ville.

Cons:

Le restaurant de l'hôtel était peu inspirant car pas très local et c'est dommage. Le fitness plus petit qu'il ne parait sur les photos.

Odamın manzarası dışında, temel konfor ve hizmet beklentilerimin karşılanmadığını üzülerek belirtmek isterim. Odada su gibi en basit ihtiyaçların dahi bulunmaması ve banyo kitinin eksik olması, otelinizin standartlarıyla kesinlikle örtüşmemektedir.
Uluslararası bir marka olan otelinizden beklediğim hizmet kalitesinin oldukça altında bir deneyim yaşadım. Bu durum hem konaklama konforumuzu olumsuz etkilemiş hem de marka algınızı zedelemiştir.

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder nehmen bei einem Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Zentrum zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Die Sicht vom Zimmer auf den Kanal und ins Quartier gegenüber ist sensationell.

Cons:

Kein Ruheraum bei der Sauna.

Enjoyed our three night stay - family of three
Pros:

Family of three and stayed here for three nights. Hotel is very clean. Staff are professional and helpful. Beautiful interiors on the first floor. Very beautiful view. Close to the central station.

Enjoyed our stay here and has set the bar high for Copenhagen!

Boa localização com excelentes condições.
Pros:

Boa localização, muito confortável e excelentes instalações.

Cons:

Cobrar 2000 dkk logo na entrada já não faz sentido, uma coisa é abrir conta com o cartão visa outra diferente é cobrar à cabeça e devolver 2 dias depois. Importante salientar que pagando con cartão fora da Dinamarca implicar pagar taxas também sobre o extra que depois não são devolvidas.
