Some of the staff were unwilling to speak Spanish, and when we placed an order over the phone, they hung up on us after refusing our request.

Unstoppable Shower
Just horrible !! My room was fine but the shower wouldn’t shut off. I got there around 10-11 pm. Took a shower and couldn’t get it to turn off. I told the night manager, a little Latin woman. Think her name was quarantine or something like that. She said she would have the maintenance person come up. Waited a hour and still no one came. I called back down and no one answered. About 12 pm I finally went back downstairs to the front desk. No-one was there. I saw a maintenance man and he was just about to leave. I told him the issue and he came up to the room and tried to fix it. He then had to get more parts to fix it. He went downstairs and got what he needed. As we talked he told me the manager never called him. He also said many of the showers needed to be fixed. The manager called the room and told me she would credit my room. The way the receipt looked I thought it was. She said the hotel manager approved the room credit.
They didn’t credit the room and when I disputed the charges they said no complaints were filed.
Do not stay here!
This was a mixed experience over our 6-night stay. We chose this hotel after considerable research and used Bonvoy points, so our expectations were fairly high.
There were definitely some positives—the staff were excellent (a special mention to Aymane), the room was spacious, some of the shuttle services were convenient, and the location worked well for both Disney and Universal. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice added benefit.
However, we did run into several issues that impacted our overall experience:
1. The room was quite noisy, largely due to the AC unit inside and a vent outside. (Would recommend avoiding room 406.)
2. On one occasion, we returned to the room to find a strong unpleasant odor. Despite calling multiple times for assistance, no one came, and we eventually had to just manage as we were too tired to follow up further.
3. The shuttle timings were inconsistent—some were helpful, but others felt poorly planned. For example, a 7:00 AM drop for a park opening at 10:00 AM, and a 10:30 PM pickup from Epcot when it closes at 9:00 PM. The 4:30 PM return from Universal was also inconvenient.
4. There are no dining options within walking distance, which makes things difficult if you don’t have a car or want a quick, last-minute meal.
5. Water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were inconsistent throughout the stay.
6. The Mariott Vacation guys near the breakfast area can be a little too pushy at time.
Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the operational gaps made the experience less comfortable than expected.
Asked for extra towels but none provided. Tried to call the front desk but the phone cord had been cut! Missing silver ware. Suite was to have two bathrooms per the website but only one. Glad it’s only one night with a family of six.

Gostamos muito da reforma recente e da excelente localização. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e a estrutura da lavanderia foi muito útil. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional — inclusive, foram muito gentis ao trazer um bolo e cantar parabéns para o meu filho, um gesto que nos marcou muito.
Acreditamos que o café da manhã poderia ter uma maior variedade de frutas. No banheiro, sentimos falta de um box (em vez de cortina). Além disso, os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Como já nos hospedamos aqui 5 vezes, sentimos que o hotel poderia oferecer uma política de preços mais atrativa ou benefícios para hóspedes fiéis/frequentes.
