Apto de 2 suítes com bom tamanho e camas confortáveis. A localização do hotel é boa e o excelente atendimento específico do funcionário Aymane que a todo tempo nos auxiliou com muita simpatia e paciência em diversas dificuldades que passamos no hotel.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção foi péssimo tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Arrumação do quarto muito fraca, tínhamos que ficar pedindo para arrumar e mesmo assim sem reposição correta dos materiais, inclusive sem recolhimento de lixo. Tivemos problema com a manutenção do quarto com vazamento da máquina de lavar e do ar condicionado.
Por fim, no decorrer da nossa estadia, ao chegarmos à noite, recebemos a comunicação de que o hotel inteiro estava sem água desde à tarde, situação que somente foi normalizada em josso quarto no dia seguinte ao final da manhã.

The worst experience in a Marriot hotel

I only liked the location and nothing else

Cons:

Everything. The breakfast was disappointing, as well as the cleaning, which was disgusting. At one point of our visit, the water went out and we couldn’t take a shower in our room. Horrible and worst experience in a hotel

Great service
Pros:

What a difference! I am a fairly frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels, but the front desk service here is the very best! Joe and Kayla were so pleasant and professional! They were extremely accommodating even though I arrived much earlier than expected. I will stay at this location whenever I will be in Orlando. The room is spotlessly clean as well.

"Whatever it takes to bring comfort to your world," She declared with kindness, in a manner true. A customer first, with needs profound, And Michaela's response, a balm she found. Then Christina, her boss, with gracious grace, Came down to my level, the guest, to truly place her. In a wheelchair confined, a sight to behold, She bent her ear, as my story was told. Taking notes with cure, and genuine intent, Making sure my needs were met, and heaven-sent. A testament to service, a feeling quite unique, Professional grace in actions, never oblique.
