El parking es de pago, pero al final vale la pena pagar. Los empleados muy amables dispuestos a ayudar.
La habitación está bien quizás algún detalle más que le faltaría cuidar a la hora de la limpieza.
Ubicación ideal si quieres comprar y no coger el coche super cerca del caldea y otras áreas.

Fijn hotel waar we weer terug willen komen.
Deze keer een kamer met balkon, kamer is wel wat gedateerd.
Verder heel fijn verblijf gehad, altijd goed hier!

De ontvangst was allerminst warm. Het bedierf onze stemming totaal. De man achter de receptie bij hetvuitchecken maar gelukkig veel goed maar de incheck was erg onvriendelijk.

Das Hotel hat eine Sterne Bewertung von ****S. Im besten Fall würde ich für heutige Ansprüche maximal 2-3 Sterne vergeben. Grund sind alte und kaputte Teppiche in den Zimmern, sowie altes Mobiliar. Mit Brunnenwasser nachgefüllte Flaschen ohne Sicherheitsverschluss geht gar nicht! Kein Notizblatt und keine Kugelschreiber im 4*S?Frühstück war hingebend sehr gut.

Lo mejor es la comodidad. Habitación exterior muy amplia y cama muy confortable además de enorme. Carta de almohadas gratuita. Baño de primera con amplia bañera y ducha con distinta elección de chorros que ayudan a relajarse. Limpieza impecable.
Situación del hotel excelente para shopping y caldea andando. Rodeado de muchos restaurantes y cafeterías donde elegir.

Hôtel que je recommande vivement.
Excellent accueil. Très bon emplacement : en plein centre ville mais au calme.
Parking juste en dessous de l’hôtel pour 23€.
J’ai apprécié le petit geste à notre départ : petit sac avec 2 bouteilles d’eau.
Je reviendrai l’an prochain.

Muy buena, es la segunda vez que repito por qué admiten animales y el trato es excelente.

I did book a parking space in advance and when we arrived they told us our car is to big for their garage! So we did put our car on the other side of the road in a public garage. We had a nice room with balcony but what we really do not like and which is really old fashion is there is carpet on the floor. The only thing we really liked is the breakfast they have lots of very good food.

L’accueil très bien, le service voiturier très bien aussi ! Par contre la chambre très moyen, nous étions sur un angle donc 2 fenêtres, les rideaux laisse passer les lumières, les bruits extérieurs mais aussi les voisins de chambre qui claquent les portes (soirs et matins). Pas de support pour les valises (parterre). Chambre propre dans l’ensemble. Petit déjeuner correct. À faire 1 fois… mais déçu par les 4 étoiles…

Excelente hotel com um quarto amplo e confortável, apenas o valor do estacionamento do hotel é que foge da realidade, pois custa $ 23,50 euros

Hotel de referencia en nuestras escapadas a Andorra. Casi con muy mala experiencia por culpa de la chica de recepción , pese a ser clientes habituales te ofrece un trato y una atención pésima . Seguiremos visitando este hotel por su ubicación e instalaciones y esperamos que la próxima vez no esté esta chica en recepción. Un lástima

This hotel is a very safe selection. I really have nothing negative to say although we did not partake of the spa. The location is great and the staff are warm and welcoming. The hallways are a bit difficult to navigate and while that may annoy some, our group found it a charming challenge that added to the trip! The room didn’t wow us and the upside down photo on the wall could cause some to question their attention to detail but again, I can not find a negative thing to say.

While much was “average”, the food was above and beyond what one would expect from a hotel at this price point. An unexpected surprise that in of itself would have me stay here again. We had a lovely dinner and the breakfast buffet went far beyond my expectations. I confess that I ate more than usual because there were simply too many amazing options…

Un bel hotel mais les chambres sont vraiment à raffraichir. Les peintures sont à refaire.

L’accueil est parfait, les chambres sont grandes bien équipées. Et calme .
Le petit déjeuner est parfait comme on attend d’un 4 étoiles.
Les choses à appuyer son la propreté qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles
Sinon le personnel est parfait

Petit déjeuner très fourni beaucoup de plats et de choix
