El lavamanos y la ducha estaban tapados, no hacen servicio de housekeeping. No te dan llaves de tu habitación, las aguas se desbordan y no te ayudan con el mantenimiento, la atención en la recepción es pésima, definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme allí.

I walked in the room had a look and smell of it and immediately went to the desk to cancel.

The room was extremely dirty! The walls had mold and mysterious dirt. The surfaces of tables and chairs were stained and dirty. Moldy shower. The floor was dirty.
