Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Palazzo molto bello sia all interno che all esterno.
La nostra camera matrimoniale superiore per tre adulti era molto spaziosa ed arredata in maniera particolare.
Il fatto di averla un bagno con grande e comoda doccia con due lavabi separato dal bagnetto con i servizi e stato molto utile.
L unica pecca era la mancanza di un piccolo armadio quello che c' era era ormato solo da un piccolo stand con stampelle.
A parte questo però la camera era molto bella.
Il servizio è stato ottimo, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile la reception e 24/24.
Colazione superba sia salata che dolce e l orario dalle 6 alle 10 ottimo per chi come noi aveva il.volo di prima mattina.
Fermata del tram proprio di fronte all albergo e fermata metro a pochi metri.
La posizione non e centrale ma il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti.

Cons:

Tutto bene .
Forse per me che no mi oriento bene la pozione un po' più centrale sarebbe stata preferibile
Ma comunque consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben direkt ein Upgrade fürs Zimmer erhalten. Die Lage ist optimal und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind modern mit einem "nostalgischen charme". Es gibt guten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer und im allgemeinen sind diese auch mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses hotel entscheiden.

Cons:

Ich würde das jetzt "meckern auf hohem Niveau nennen" denn das sind doch eher Kleinigkeiten. Es wäre schon wenn zumindest eine Flasche Wasser aufs Haus gehen würde..z.b. beim Check Inn. Und beim Frühstück wäre auch für uns besser gewesen wenn man die Eier schon gekocht bekäme und nicht selber kochen muss. Aber wie gesagt das sind Kleinigkeiten und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Ich habe über Booking gebucht, aber die Buchung wurde beim Check In zunächst nicht gefunden. Es hat eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis das Problem gelöst werden konnte.

Pros:

Wszystko było naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Personel przemiły. Śniadanie fantastyczne - mega duży wybór.
Parking w pobliżu.
Przy ponownym pobycie skorzystamy z tego obiektu. Godny polecenia.

Tyylikäs tavallisuudesta poikkeava majoitus kohtuullisen hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Erinomaisen monipuolinen ja laadukas aamiainen + pyhäpäivinä livenä klassista musiikkia. Pihan puolen huone superrauhallinen. Huoneen ilmastointi oli erittäin hyvä, sopi mahtavasti ulkolämpötilan ollessa 32-34 astetta. Metroasema ja ratikkapysäkki lähellä.

Cons:

Huoneessa vessan lasiovi oli outo ratkaisu.

Esperienza da ripetere!!!
Pros:

La camera grande e molto accogliente, il letto comodissimo, il cuscino in piume d’oca meraviglioso. Insonorizzato perfettamente dato che è su una strada un po’ trafficata. La colazione davvero buona e molto abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Quando tornerò a Vienna, tornerò sicuramente!

Clean hotel near the centre
Pros:

This was, by my estimate, my fifteenth stay at the hotel. I already knew that it was conveniently located close to public transport and Vienna's city centre, that the staff were friendly, and that the room would be clean. In these respects, my expectations were met. Nevertheless, there is a certain "but" that makes me fear this visit may have been my last stay at the hotel.

Cons:

There are two things that disappointed me about this stay:

1. I made the reservation for summer 2026 in July 2025 and chose the non-refundable rate. At the time, I accidentally selected August instead of July. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked whether the dates could be corrected. In the Booking.com chat, the hotel replied that this would be possible, but that I needed to make the request directly by email. When I did so, I received a refusal from another member of the hotel staff. When I pointed out that the date change had already been promised to me and asked why it was now being denied, I received another negative response. I could understand such a refusal if I had requested the change only a month or a few days before arrival, or if I had wanted to cancel the booking altogether, but I requested a date change A FULL YEAR IN ADVANCE. I believe that as a long-standing, returning guest, I could have expected a more customer-friendly approach. For that reason, this was most likely my last stay at this hotel, and next time I visit Vienna, I will be looking for accommodation elsewhere.

2. Based on the photos shown during booking, the room was offered in two versions. One was a renovated room with a fully accessible walk-in shower separated by a glass partition (I had actually stayed in this type of room before), while the other was the older version with a traditional shower cubicle raised above floor level. During morning check-in, I was assigned room 216. However, when I returned later in the afternoon to collect my key, the receptionist informed me that I had been moved to room 316, explaining that it was a better room. It was not. I was given a room with a raised shower cubicle and without lockable wardrobes. OK, I still got what I booked. But who knows, if room 216 was not the modernised room?

Fortunatamente il fatto di uscire la mattina e rientrare la sera tardi ha favorito la gradevolezza.

Camera spaziosa e ben areata,corredo in buono stato materiali gradevolmente aggiornati

L'atteggiamento falsamente disponibile del personale.Il costo del parcheggio auto non notificato nelle avvertenze come obbligatorio.Il costo per un piccolissimo animale non notificato nelle premesse e giustificato con motivazioni di comodo.All'arrivo trovate tracce della frequentazione precedente che non sono state levate nemmeno su richiesta.Da un albergo che vanta una tradizione di più di cento anni ci si aspetta un trattamento meno spigoloso.Locale doccia a vista e water separato,senza privacy e scomodissimi.
