Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Ambiente, Jugendstiel, das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Erlebnis, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Fernsehempfang war nicht möglich - auch seitens der Angestellten gelang das nicht.

Pros:

Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Lage ist gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Die schlechte Bewertung ergibt sich daraus, dass bei einem kleinen Problem überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich reagiert wurde (es wurde eine erhebliche Aufzahlung für eine geringe Leistung verlangt) und kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels gegeben war. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und empfehlen es auch nicht weiter.

Geheimtipp - Geschmackvolles, kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk, abgeschlossener Fahrradstellplatz, geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Zimmers, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Bad/Toilette hatte leider nur eine Schiebetür und war komplett verglast - zu wenig Privatsphäre für unseren Geschmack.

Perfekt ophold til at udforske Wien i. Tæt station og i gå afstand til en masse spændende ting. Meget venlig og imødekom
Pros:

Meget behagelige senge. Stort rummelig værelse. Elevator. Pæn indretning. Rent. Moderne og lækkert badeværelse. Stille på trods af den befærdede vej udenfor. God service når man har et barn med. De havde stillet en god barneseng op med en lille bamse i.

Cons:

Jeg kunne ikke finde ud af at bruge kaffemaskinen på værelset. Og det er ikke den smukkeste beliggenhed.

Terrible service, missing proof of payment
Pros:

The room had a lovely, stylish Vienna vibe, location close to the subway towards city centre.

Cons:

Beautiful rooms, but terrible service and highly suspicious staff.
The service did not even meet 3-star standards, let alone 4-star. Basic amenities were missing: there was no milk for the coffee and no in-room safe, forcing me to hide my wallet under the mattress. Room service was refused at night because staff claimed guests "break glasses."
The next morning, a female staff member was incredibly rude and judgmental when we politely questioned a billing discrepancy regarding our drinks.
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my wallet under the mattress after checking out. When I called, the reception staff blamed us, grew defensive, and denied any wrongdoing. We had to involve the local police. Miraculously, the wallet was found the next day. The entire experience felt like an attempted theft. The staff’s unreal rudeness made this the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Also, we were asked to pay for our stay when we arrived. We asked for a receipt, but they said they would email it to us. We didn't get it. A few days later, we asked for it again by email and then called them. They promised to send it right away, but it's been over a week and we still have no receipt.
