I would give negative reviews if I could. Do not stay here if on business or military.

Front desk refused to provide itemized receipt. Blamed their computer system and said they did not care about military families. Manager refused to provide receipt and suggest I come behind the desk to see since I was stupid. They are likely scamming people as other reviews also stated they refused to provide receipts. Front desk was incredibly rude and can not do their jobs. Only hotel ever that cannot provide an itemized receipt and will give you the run around because they are just cant do their job. I hope they get shut down.

Pros:

The place was very clean, and everything matched the description accurately. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and you could open the windows slightly to let in some fresh air, which was a nice plus. The parking lot was quite spacious, so finding a spot was hassle-free.
We also used the guest laundry facilities on-site. Just a tip: you'll need quarters (25-cent coins) - wash is $2.00, and dryer is another $2.00 (as of September 2026).
The breakfast was typical for motels of this style: nothing fancy or spectacular, but completely fine to get the day started. Overall, a good, reliable choice for a road trip stop.

If you're elderly not a place to stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly check in was easy check out wasn't easy.

Cons:

My wife and I are elderly and therefore we need assistance such as grab bars by the toilet and in the shower. I was really surprised that there were no grab bars in the shower we both were unsteady and worried that we might fall getting in and getting out.. we had asked for a handicap room but unfortunately those were already taken. You would think under the Americans with disability act if they would have had concerns about their clients and put grab bars in the showers. We will not be staying at this hotel again because our fears of falling
