Quarto com barata, sem utensílios domésticos, quartos empoeirados, chave desconfigurava várias vezes e não tinha ninguém na recepção para auxiliar, se não fosse outros hóspedes dormiríamos no carro.
Great location, and potential, staff are friendly. That’s about all the positivity I can provide. The rooms are outdated, dust, and roaches everywhere. The office chair at desk in room, was so wobbly I almost fallen out of it. Not to mention the office chair had stain on it.
The hallways smell like mildew/ mold, the rugs needs to be town away like 10 years ago. The breakfast was a blueberry muffin you could order from a vending machine. The staff were nice. They seemed to silent understand the dismay.

The rooms are not in the best shape but I knew that before booking and the price considers that as well. They have everything you need to make you feel at home. My suggestion: if you eliminate the carpets in the rooms and floors, it would be a lot nicer. The staff is the best specially Liz. I had an inconvenient my first night and she went far and beyond to solve it and move me to another room. I was there alone for a week working from my room. She always has a smile and that is very important. Thank you Liz!
Firstly, the attitude of the front desk person stinks...far less than professional.
There is no iron in the entire hotel, ironically there is an iron board in the room, but no iron.
You can only get a cut of hot water 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Outside of that time frame, if you need a cup of hot water outside of the breakfast time slot to save your life you better prepare to die,
No body wash, no shower cap, no courtesy, no excellence. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nasty place to stay..... dirty, bad maintenance, smell cannabis all around, says included breakfast....it's only coffee and muffins,
Says sofa bed... it's just sofa full of dog's hair.

Staff are very helpful and polite I'm disabled and they help sometimes hotel is very clean
There were small pieces of glass on the floor, and I was terrified my daughter would walk on it barefoot. I've never seen the refrigerator so dirty, and this morning I even saw cockroaches on the cups. There was no hairdryer, no one changed the sheets, and no one cleaned the room. If you needed a towel, you had to go to the front desk to exchange it. The room key card was never used and needed to be changed at the front desk. There was no front desk available after 11:00 PM. If you went back at 11:00 PM and needed your room key to get back in, but it was broken, you wouldn't be able to get in.

Not the rooms wats filthy furniture was damaged bad gun shot wholes in sofa bath tub not clean lamps had stains I’ll over them the hotel smelled soon as yu got on to yur floor etc.
Everything literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and cover to sleep there
It felt like a motel 8 . Not in a good way !!
Horrible So they say breakfast is included .. but is self serve with coffee no cream and a muffin.. so if u need breakfast in the morning to get ur day started this is not the place ..
