Cockroaches everywhere and yet no refund to this date
Cons:

When we arrived to the property check in was normal and fine when we went to check out our room we had a pull out couch in the room. My wife opened it and there were roaches everywhere, we immediately had to take our toddlers out. When we asked about getting a refund the lady at the front told us we would have to wait for a manager to call us Monday. She didn’t take the initiative to ask for our name or number to be reached at. Monday came we didn’t hear from a manager, we decided to call they said managers come in around 9-10. We have yet to hear anything or anything about a refund.

The location was good. The room was spacious. The fridge/freezer was clean.

The coffee machine was broken in the dining area. I requested a coffee maker for the room and never received one. The bathroom handle was broken.

Rundown nightmare that needs to be condemned.

Close to the convention center

Cons:

So dirty every where. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Was a weird funk through the building. Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and they don’t offer extra pillows. Towels are so small and old they are sandpaper now. AC is mid as best, and the soundproofing is awful. Constantly heard people stomping, talking and slamming doors all night. Our final straw was walking onto our floor and a Guest was frying fish for hours and the smelled of burned grease and fish was awful. We actually packed our bags and went home. We literally booked this room to help with traffic for our jobs for the weekend. We just got up at 10 and drove home and didn’t stay.

Very rude staff in the evening when tried to get the keys reset for the THRID TIME. We booked for 2 nights but left at 8am after the first night and booked at a different hotel due to how nasty the hotel and night staff were. The manager the next morning said he would refund the 2nd night but has failed to do so so far. RUN AWAY from them hotel!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!
