Stay cut short
Pros:

This was a highly unusual stay in that we left after our first night, but this was due to a factor that was basically outside the hotel's control. So, onto the positives - a large room that was well-appointed and had a very comfortable bed and every single member of staff we met was unfailingly professional, efficient, and polite. We took our evening meal in the hotel's own Waves restaurant and bar where we both enjoyed delicious and large salads whilst even managing to have some amusing back-and-forth with a waiter called Christos. For those who like their purchasing decisions to have an element of environmental responsibility, this hotel also supports a local sea turtle outfit working in the vicinity too. WiFi was fast, the hotel was in very spick and span order, it's easy to reach via bus, tram and indeed taxi - it really is an excellent hotel in practically every single way you can imagine.

Cons:

The reason we left early was this: the traffic noise. Unfortunately both of us struggled to fall asleep as the traffic on the Leoforos Poseidonos coastal road was surprisingly loud even though our room was set some way back and we closed all the doors/windows. If you are a light sleeper, you will need strong ear plugs.

The hotel is otherwise excellent and staff handled our concerns with professionalism and care. It is a very good hotel, I cannot say this enough - it was just a shame about the traffic noise.

The Palmyra Beach is a great place to stay in Glyfada and the staff is wonderful.

Good location and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Hotel is close to the beaches and the town, which has a wide range of restaurants and shops.
Couple of minutes walk to tram stop and you can get into Athens centre in less than an hour for around 2.4 euros return.
Hotel has good facilities, staff are friendly and breakfast and rooms are good.

Cons:

Our room was right by the maids cleaning station.
They started work around 7, so it could get a little noisy if you wanted a lay in.

Pros:

All the staff at the reception... were lovely and generally helpful. Full of smiles and respect.
Cleaners were great too. The rooms was clean and bright.

Cons:

Breakfast was not served hot... despite being first to arrive... we had to get them to mircowave the sausages and beans. It is important that they understand hot meal. When it is not hot it means not fresh.
Restuarant -breakfast staff need to smile and be more cheerful.

Excellent hotel, excellent location!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, staff were very responsive and welcoming. We arrived about midnight and they were really kind at the 24 hour reception. It's also right by the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Nice clean and very comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It was good, the only thing which is very personal is having to ask for more milk pods and an iron but as I said theyre very responsive so they are very quick to give anythjng you ask for. Really pleased with the hotel.
