Average stay
Pros:

Location, almost beachfront, 5 minute walk to Glyfada center. Easy to find free public parking almost outside the hotel.

Cons:

Every year the property gets older with no signs of revenue. Carpets, furniture hygiene sets etc seem older and older every year. Also during our last stay, a general sewer smell was strongly noticeable.
