The loud noisy guests in the hallways our first night and next day… kids running up and down the halls no respect from the kids or their parents for other guests. We were there on medical and we got no sleep at all.
Hot tub wasn’t working either.
The staff allowed street people to warm up In the lobby was my guess? A fellow was bleeding from his head dirty clothes sitting in lobby chairs the entire check in. No security visible and nothing was done. Loitering outside the entrance made me very uncomfortable going to my car or walking back to hotel.
The room was available, as most hotels were full.
2nd floor has do much activity as it has an entrance to the pool area. Otherwise it was good.
We loved the proximity of the location to malls and different shops. The jacuzzi was the one we looked for in this location.
First off, there seemed to be homeless people in the side entrance coming from the parking lot which looked unpleasant unwelcoming. The smell wasn't really good as we walked in. The elevator walls were a bit dirty and showing what appeared to be spits and liquid flowed from top to bottom. The biggest turn off was our room was located just beside the elevator. Constant foot traffic all night and doors slamming from rooms in the vicinity kep us up all night. Instructions on how to use the jacuzzi would have been helpful as well. I may not come back to this hotel again.
It is great property along with the staff
When we first checked in our room wasn’t swept
It felt like I was in Jail while in the hallways
Not very clean, hallways under construction

Nice staff.
Dirty facilities.
The waterslide
I didn't like that i couldn't have visitors for a 10 year olds birthday party
The beds were nice and clean. Would of liked a complimentary breakfast.
The hair in the pool .even though it had just been cleaned.
I liked that there is a lot of stores around and the staff is nice and minds their own business
The loudness from other people
This is not a family hotel. There were drunk people all over at night possibly from the casino. I had to call security twice for noise, the second time at 4a.m. due to a very loud drunken couples argument down the hall that was violent. The couple were hitting each other and destroying furniture. The place is run-down and while the staff are very nice and friendly, their clientele is very pour. It appeared there were families moving into the hotel with bags of clothes. One room was investigated by security for possible prostitution and I only know this becuase I could hear the security radio. I didn't feel this was a safe environment for me and my daughter and we will never stay here again. In fact, we won't stay in any Canad Inn in Winnipeg again.
