Terrible, horrible, would not stay again.
Pros:

The staff were kind and took our concerns seriously, apologized for how terrible our stay was and informed us they would contact corporate regarding said concerns

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay. We booked this hotel expecting a safe, comfortable place to rest during our drive from Saskatchewan to Ontario, but unfortunately, the experience was far from that. The hotel was chaotic upon arrival, with only one elevator working, a luggage cart with flat tires, and difficult-to-navigate entrance doors.

The biggest issue was the excessive noise throughout the entire night. Guests were yelling and shouting in the hallways, with repeated banging, crashing, and disturbances. Our room also had a connecting door to another occupied room, and we could clearly hear the guests talking and yelling throughout the night. None of us—including our 9-year-old daughter—were able to get any meaningful sleep.

We were also concerned about the overall sense of safety, given the yelling and apparent agitation among some guests in the hallways. At checkout, we raised these concerns with the front desk and were told that security was supposed to conduct hourly rounds, which clearly did not seem to be happening effectively. We were told our concerns would be brought forward to management, but we are following up to ensure they are actually addressed.

Overall, this stay completely defeated the purpose of stopping for the night. We needed rest before another eight hours of driving, and instead left exhausted and extremely disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Great stay if you don’t mind noise all day and night

Other guests on my floor were so loud all night long to the point a security guard stood at the end of the hall for a couple hours. But that didn’t change anything. You know what you’re in for when you are checking in and encounter drunk and rude people at the front desk. Should have left right then and there

Just don't book there
Pros:

The guy in front desk said no room after I booked and paid already. He didn't want refund me and after I asked booking.com the cancellation, he came back to me to say he found a room. So at first no room and by magic a room appear once requesting directly booking.com refund.

Cons:

The service is absolutely 0.

Overall it was very nice besides a couple of issues

When I checked in, even though I had previously paid in full they were stating they had no record of it
Eventually the manager found it in the system

Also on our first night I went down to request a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed , they stated it would be sent up and the entire time we stayed we never got that blanket or pillow

Nice having security present and secure elevators.

I had a joining door and I could hear the people next door. I felt a bit unsafe when I first heard them and they tried the door.
