Loved everything
Location and staff
Hidden fees weren’t displayed during booking
Such as correct deposit as online stated $100 for entire stay but was told $200 deposit which is a huge difference for someone who plans a trip financially and the parking fees also
It had a bus that stopped at the hotel! It accommodated 3 adults! Staff were excellent!
The rooms were very run down with frayed carpet, and also it was dirty and needed replacing. The breakfast bar was under renovation, which was not stated in the hotel description, so the breakfast was just so so. It was supposed to be a full on hot breakfast which we were anticipating from our last stay, but it was just a buffet with not many choices. The lobby was renovated, but it looked like the rest of the hotel was overlooked.
Access and cleanliness
The property is absolutely flawless and I have nothing much to say. Only one thing I can say is about the same items in breakfast which can be a little varied or moved around.
Layout was nice
Elevator was temporarily down
Large room, quiet, good breakfast.
Paying for self-parking, in an open lot.
Everything was good,and satisfied!
No complaints.
The happy hour personnel so pleasant. Make you feel comfortable brought a smile to your face comfortable. That was one of the best parts of spidney, the time down there.
Sunday morning, the 22nd pass the front desk personnel. If I could have my room clean, they said, no problem. Got back sunday late afternoon room was not cleaned.Waited down stairs until approximately five p m.Saw the cleaning staff in the room next to me watch her clean that room and then watched her walked right by my room was really upset. Went upstairs to double-check. My room still had not been cleaned because went downstairs to check what the front gas and ask. Why my room had not been clean? She said they could only do a partial cleaning because it was after 5 I told her I did not want a parcel clean. She said all they could do what's that? Because the staff had been basically gone. I said but I asked this morning to get my room clean because more than anything my trash cans had no trash bags in them. And I wanted my room clean because of that, and she said, that's not her fault, and if I wanna tell she could bring them up and change out the towels. So that kind of upset me. I was also upset on Saturday evening when I checked in. Because I only had received one remote in my room, and when I had to go downstairs to ask for a second remote because I understand they were busy. But having to go downstairs to ask for a remote, I thought was a little much. Not understanding why only 2. Elevators working with such a large amount of people at the hotel trying to go up-and-down with 2 elevators working. Not understanding this, the only way you could go downstairs to eat. We figured out in the morning was to catch the elevator going up. In order to go down and that was getting a little bit much. There were a couple of other incidents going on which really got me going. But I guess at this point the one that became the most issue was checking out on Monday morning. The 23rd, it became an issue that the luggage caddies could not be found. Because we were told that they were lent out to other hotels.
It was a clean and nice looking hotel. They had a breakfast buffet and an evening happy hour with free snacks and drinks!
The pull out bed was really uncomfortable even for my kids. The hall was pretty smelly during our stay.
It was in an excellent location for shopping, restaurants and Disneyland
I have no complaints. It’s was fabulous
The room was great : clean, spacious and well soundproofed
The common areas were very dirty, the breakfast was barely good and the price was enormous
