It was nice but not nice enough for 5 star
Pros:

The hotel was nice. But nice is not really enough for a 5 star hotel. The location and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The food menus were seriously lacking in variety, food quite bland, cocktail list is limited and no option for anyone to make a classic drink even though they have all the products, no atmosphere around the hotel whatsoever and sun loungers far too close together. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t offensive. Just not a 5 star experience

צוות נעים ומסביר פנים. שדרגו אותנו לכבוד ירח הדבש. חדר נעים, מסודר, נקי. החדרניות מנקות ומסדרות בכל יום ובהתאם לבקשת האורחים. בופה מגוון שעונה על הצרכים. מיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה מכל האטרקציות של המקום.

Spektakulär.
Pros:

+ innenarchitektonisch klasse
+ fast flächendeckender Blick aufs Meer aus der Junior Suite
+ tolles Tauchbecken auf dem Balkon
+ schöne Blicke auf das und von dem Infinitypool

Cons:

- die Gänge wirken etwa düster
- die Qualität von Kacheln/Fließen und Böden ist nicht 1a
(Das ist aber Gequengel auf höchstem Niveau)

מומלץ מאוד לזוגות שבאים לנפוש ולנוח
Pros:

הכל היה פשוט מושלם
ציינו שיש לנו יום הולדת ושידרגו לנו את החדר בנוסף ציינו שאני בהריון ונתנו לנו במתנה יין ללא אלכוהול!!
המיטה והכריות נוחות מאוד כל יום החליפו לנו מגבות וניקו את החדר
הציעו לנו משקה בקבלת הפנים שהיה נפלא
ארוחת בוקר טעימה עם הרבה מבחר גם למי שאוכל כשר
השירות מדהים כל הצוות מסביר פנים ונעים אחד המלונות הטובים שהייתי בהם

Buena atencion, vistas impresionantes, habitacion mas o menos, problemas con el baño e iluminacion

El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicacion espectacular. Unas vistas hermosas

Cons:

El baño integrado al cuarto. Cada vez que mos bañabamos mojabamos mucho y no era comodo. Si uno esta durmiendo, el otro lo molesta mientras se asea.

For the price we paid it was a disappointing result

Near the town

Cons:

Food and drinks were served cold and slow service.
Lighting and curtain controls were annoying as not all from a central point and hard to see switches. Room chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on .

Excellent location average hotel NOT A 5* STAR

Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned regularly.

Cons:

Claims to have 3 restaurants. There's only 1
2 pools are waist height and so cold that they're unusable.
Rooftop bar was closed entire stay
'Lounge bar' on ground floor doesnt exist.
Waiting staff in restaurant some of the worst I've ever experienced. Very polite and friendly but just unorganized. Forgetting orders daily not clearing table. Just generally untrained and not managed properly. Coffee was cold everyday and had to send it back every time. Hotel looks the part but its very average.

Also there was no bathroom. Shower in the middle of the room with no shower door or curtain. Very strange. Which leads to wet floor throughout the room.

Great experience. We had a lot of fun!!!
Pros:

The service was amazing. All of the workers were very pleasing. We also got an upgrade which was very nice. The room is very cozy and the pools are beautiful. The breakfast was our favourite, great view and many options to eat.

Cons:

The gym has poor equipment
