Pros:

The room we needed wasnt available do to unforseen circumstances. However Michael was absolutely phenomenal in accommodating the error.

Cons:

It was unfortunate we couldnt get the room we book but the staff was so amazing I didnt mind.

Not the best hotel
Pros:

I like that it was clean.

Cons:

I was told to ask for towels and housekeeping a day in advance no problem. Only problem is towels never came housekeeper never came for 2 days I asked for towels and the lady at the desk told me multiple times someone would bring them but I never got any towels. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up water barley went down. I read reviews about this being a nice hotel but I believe that those reviews are false.

It was decent enough for a necessary overnight stay, but not a hotel I’d opt to stay in for leisure.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable enough.

Cons:

Utilizing the elevators is very time consuming, as there are only two & they malfunction often. The garbage cans were too small. The provided coffee was not actual coffee, but a shot of espresso & the cream + sugar were nearly empty.

Good value and location if you can deal with the cramped room.
Pros:

Location was very good walking distance to Mag Mile and restaurants.

Cons:

Room was very small, with narrow hallways making it hard to maneuver. Bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries as there is just a sink and no counter. Two elevators that are very slow and small, and during busy times you are waiting forever.

Good Location but Rooms were VERY small & dingy.
Pros:

Great Location. Staff very very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were TINY. Not enough space to put stuff down. Literally the beds and then maybe a foot of floor space around. No bathroom counter space. The pictures were pretty misleading— definitely more dingy than shown.
