It is right in the heart of magnificient mile!

We were able to walk most of the places and subway was very close to walk.

Great location to see Chicago sites, but small rooms.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to many sites.

Cons:

The rooms were very small. No place on bathroom for any toiletries.
For the price, I thought the rooms would be bigger. Only 2 small elevators and a very small lobby.

The women staff was nice

Cons:

No water in room men clerks were rude women were very nice sink was very small in my room
And I paid 434 and seems like I got a studio

A great location, clean, friendly and exactly what we were looking for.

It was clean and in a great location and every staff member was kind and answered any questions

Pros:

Staff friendly, great location, great value for money

Cons:

The position of the aircon was really unpractical

Down by one of the sides of the beds, meaning one bed bad aircon blasting in their face whole night and one bed didn’t get any

I appreciate small rooms but I would of preferred and expected an air con unit to be higher on wall not bed hight

Top Lage, und die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Größe des Zimmers war für uns ein wenig klein. Außerdem gab es keine Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer.

Pros:

I never sleep, but these beds were so comfortable! Best sleep in years!!

Cons:

The floors in hallways are eh. Overall, the hotel is good!!! Staff super nice and helpful. Nobody was angry. Very happy.
