Convenient location to Harry Potter Store in Chicago! Google maps location needs update!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very convenient. However, the location indicated in the google map threw me off by a blocked and brought me to the wrong hotel. I think this needs to be fixed because I tried it several times using google maps and it keeps bringing me to the wrong hotel.

Cons:

Google map location needs to be updated. They need to serve breakfast if they have an available bar inside. I do not understand why this hotel don't have a simple free breakfast with all that space inside.

Pros:

It was convenient from all the places around me from stores to restaurants

Cons:

I have a very loud neighbor they were talking loud and disruptive. Came to have some quiet time but unfortunately the people next to me were loud most of the night. I wished they didn't put guest all in one area.

Awesome as always.
Pros:

This is my go to hotel everytime I’m in Chicago. The staff are always nice, the rooms are nice and always very clean. The beds are big and comfortable and having a fridge and microwave in the room is such a convenience.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike

Very convenient location with great staff who is always helpful! The rooms are clean and perfect size for traveling the city!

Cons:

The elevators and very slow and very small as well as the lobby area so when people are checking in and leaving it makes it difficult.
