Cons:

Me olvidé algo de ropa en un cajón y me di cuenta a las pocas horas del checkout. Estuve 3 dias para recuperarla. Llamados telefónicos, emails, 2 veces ir personalmente al hotel.
Debería ser algo sencillo: decis tu nombre, número de la habitación, descripción de items y dejarles dato de contacto para que te avisen.
Me parece que podrían entrenar a los empleados a darle prioridad a este tipo de problemas.

The central air in the room never stopped running. It made noise all night, and since the room was so small, I couldn’t sleep..

Tiveram overbooking e me mandaram pra outro hotel.
Pros:

Não tenho como escrever o que eu gostei, pois cheguei para fazer o check-in e eu não tinha quarto disponível. Falaram que houve um problema com água no quarto, mas eu acho que deve ter dado overbooking e eu fiquei sem acomodação.
Eles nos colocaram em outro hotel, há 15 minutos de carro de lá.
No geral, pessima experiência.

Cons:

Tudo péssimo, não tenho nem o que falar porque não consegui me hospedar nesse hotel.
